I understand condition can be subjective, but what bothered me was that after offering $225, they were suddenly willing to negotiate back up. That made the first revised offer feel like a lowball. I also included a 2nd generation Apple Magic Trackpad, and the final agreed amount ended up being $315. They paid through PayPal, but sent it in a way that deducted a $9.42 fee, so I only received $305.58. When I brought it up, they refused to reimburse the difference. Overall, the process felt misleading. I used them to avoid the hassle of selling locally, but I would not use this company again. Be careful assuming you will receive the quoted value.

I searched something closer and found this place. Owner says he's been open for several years. It's next door to the Famous Footwear. He installed the glass shield last week and said the bubbles will subside in a few days. I waited a week and came back to show him that two small bubbles were still viewable. He took off the old one and put a brand new on on there. There were bubbles when I left but they are now gone. The shield I got covers more screen than the one from Verizon wireless and the owner is more friendly and personable that a Verizon rep. It looks like he does phone/tablet repairs and has several cases, screens, and accessories for your phone. I will be coming back in the fit for my cellular needs. He then after hours hands me the iPad and the home button is moving all over and not set. He then retakes it apart where he TAPES the home button. He then tells me the only screen AFTER he put it on was damaged, but still gives me the product (damaged LCD). Lastly, he says to me after I committed that he has to use black on my white iPad.
