Great communication at first, but I had an issue with my MacBook Pro, which I purchased, and the battery did not hold a charge. They had me send it back. They mentioned over the phone that they were going to do an upgrade, not sure what that upgrade was, but sent back the MacBook 2 weeks later, everything was the same . Now I have to spend more money to replace the battery. Never buying again from you guys. read more

Previously bought from the company and had a good experience. This last time I was sold a locked iPhone that they claim wasn't, even though I sent verifiable evidence. Still wanted to charge a restocking fee for their mistake. Also, after reading numerous reviews I'm now questioning if my airpods are real as they don't have a serial number on them, which is a clear indicator they are fake. Theres a reason they rebranded. Do a Google search or Reddit search of the dozen of complaints of fake products being sold as real. read more

Quality was horrible, yes they tell you it's used and will have bumps and bruises but HELL, mine was dropped kicked scratched just beat up. Functionally- NOPE!!!! Emailed, never got response for 4 days, then they said we never got it but their automated response said someone should get back to me. Had to call and the guy was absolutely an A**. He said just send t it back and we will repair it and send it back. I said you all was to assure it worked before sent out, he told me they get to them as they can and sometimes bad ones get out. I saw and ad on social media. I had an iPad that wouldn't charge. I went online and completed the initial form and shipped the iPad out on a Friday afternoon. A few days later I got a call with a diagnosis and estimate for the repair. I got an email estimate, paid the fee and got my iPad back on Saturday. The iPad seems to work as it should and it only took a week and the fee seemed reasonable! I would use Strictly Apple again and recommend them for repairs to your Apple devices. read more

I sent in my two MacBook pros, one in December and one in January, to get serviced (battery, SSD, 500gb hard drive) as I saw they had good reviews. I didn't mind paying the money to send them in because I had faith they'd come back in great working condition. Never got receipts though I requested for them on separate occasions. Fast forward 3 months later, one of the laptops suddenly just crashes. I didn't want to spend the money to send in again since I would get it back at a minimum, 2 weeks and need this laptop. Looked up for someone near me that does Macs and this person checked it at at no cost and said my hard drive used in there was aftermarket where an adapter was used to make it fit correctly and was probably why it crashed. The place near me offered a temp fix and gave me other options which were to install ANOTHER hard drive. Because I do not have receipts since they were never sent to me, I cant send in and I cant wait another 2- 3 weeks to get it back even if I did have the receipts. What in the heck?!?! I'm praying my other laptop doesn't crash on me now! Needless to say, not doing business again with Strictly Apple. 2 stars only cuz one laptop is still working....so far! read more

I live in Florida saw them on social media ordered a MacBook Pro refurbished from them for my niece for her to get use to using a computer and for online school but she's only in 4th grade didn't want to spend a ton of $$$ and we are an apple family so this was perfect I reached out to them on ig told Landon the situation he suggested an older model with new software and it's perfect they had excellent communication through out the process and shipping and it works just as good a my brand new one I got last year for a fraction of the price I ordered another one to use for work so I'm not toting around my brand new one or using up all the storage on my new one for work stuff it's perfect it works perfectly it was a fraction of cost and now I still have my new one for my personal use 10 out of 10 would recommend Landon even followed up after I got it just a check make sure everything was OK will order more in the future 100% read more
