Searching for fun and new things to do with my boyfriend, I discovered this! I found this idea of glow-in-the-dark mini golf super interesting. It's located in the back of the Artegon Market, same entrance as to the movie theater. We went on a Saturday night close to 9pm. I didn't found the wating time that bad, since we were looking at everyone's attempts. We waited around 3 to 5 minutes at every hole for our turn to play. Looks like a busta rhymes "put your hands where my eyes could see," video inside...but it's a mini golf for cryinngg out loud!! For about 9$-10$ you can have a fantasic voyage of an 18 hole golf course in a dark abyss with glow in the dark fishies around and higher levels of safety than the average mini golf! Sorry pirates cove no falling in waterfalls to pick up my golfballs with this one...Clumsy ball hole missers of Orlando behold a place that nobody will notice your mini golfing skills because there is too many neon popping graphics going on....yessssss ::raises the roof::: Putting Edge also plays cool hyper dance music...found myself dancing with the golf stick a few times. Only slight downfall is that the place is dim so although a hole might be close to you ...a tiny elevated hill can mess up your chance to end up on a wheaties box. However, you can be a Tiger Woods and cheat it out =) just don't get caught.. read more

We decided to check out Putting Edge when we were in Orlando. The course was a lot of fun. The staff we engaged with were very nice and answered all the questions we had. I really like that if you purchase more then one game you can come back later in the day and play the other game. Just be sure to keep your ticket so they can verify you have already paid. This place is located in a deserted mall right behind Bass Pro Shops. For all of the stores, plus a movie theater, I thought there would be a few more people in here on a Saturday afternoon, but it appears as if they were all at the outlet mall across the street. First off, $10 for a round of mini golf is just ludicrous. Thankfully my son (age 3) was free or else we might not have gone. Even the crack yourself light stick bracelet couldn't make up for that steep price. Other than that, we had a great time. The soundtrack, albeit a bit loud, included favorites such as "Let it Go" for the kids and a bit of classic rock for the adults. The course was clean and the black light effects were cool. We opted to play the silly rules on a few of the holes which included not being able to touch the floor, or as I like to affectionately refer to it-"The floor is hot lava!", and using the top end of the putter. Even though I came in 3rd place out of the 4 of us that were playing, it was a fun way to blow some money and I'd go again. read more

This was a great time for our family of 5. The course is not too hard and it is short. This is good bc with my family a long complicated course would get frustrating and boring quick! The glow in the dark is very cool! Next time I'll dress in clothes that show up even. Enter in black lights. Perfect for the hot or rainy weekends. Want to beat the Florida heat, yet do something fun and active? How does playing glow in the dark mini golf in an air conditioned building sound? Sounds good to me! I am known amongst my friends as Tigress Woods on the mini golf course...and I think Putting Edge rocks! Psychedelic graphics, loud music, and glow in the dark EVERYTHING make this a very fun place to go. They also have a small arcade and air hockey tables for those not into golf. The fact that the turf is black gives an added dimension to the game too. I took a group of 19 there and we all had a blast! Afterward we hit a nearby laser tag course. A great evening! read more

Putting Edge is small, but bigger than a lot of indoor mini golf places I've been to. They make good use of the space, and the paintings and illustrations are fabulous. We got a groupon that made it worth it, or else I would have taken some serious offense to the steep prices...but it is what it is: an air conditioned mini golf in tourist central on I-drive. They even have a small arcade out front and snacks, drinks, and ice cream for sale. You can get unlimited for the rest of the day for only $2 more. But be forewarned: take your kid into the rest of Artegon Marketplace and it will be a never-ending parade of things they want. It started with lunch, but turned into a full afternoon marathon of electric animal scooters, a ropes course, and more. read more

Super fun little date spot. Lot of families out when we went. It was just really hard to find the place with in the mall.

This place is fun. We had a BOGO free coupon which made it better. You get a glow in the dark ball and bracelet to match. The score card glows also. They have special "challenge" holes where you have to do something different. One hole we had to use our feet instead of the clubs. One you had to balance on the edges of boundaries and not putt from the green. This place is geared for kids but fun for adults. I would suggest having a few adult beverages before going. The course is in the Festival Bay Mall. Which is fine but kind sucks in the evening. Make sure you park appropriately. The mall closes at 9 but looked like it was shut down well before that. read more

First off, I have to say I love the name, just because it reminds me of that great ice skating movie. Can you say "toe pick"? Anyways.... Putting edge is like mini golf mixed with lazer tag. It has neon lights and is a decidedly kid-based place to go, adults will probably have a good time here too! The Good: Not Just Golf:In addition to the mini golf holes, this place has some video game and air hockey tables to play on as well. Plenty of Active fun: This is a nice place to go if your kids need to run around. It's not like Chuck E Cheese or anything, but running around playing golf is a nice active play activity, and I can appreciate that. The Bad: Neon Lights: If you are sensitive to bright neon lights, you may want to stay away from this place, because it has it in spades. They definitely take some getting used to, but I suppose it is all just part of the atmosphere. Putting edge is a cool place to go for a kids birthday party, or other get-together. We stumbled upon Putting Edge while walking around the Artegon Marketplace. It was our first night in Orlando & what a better way to unwind after a day of traveling than to play mini golf? This is probably one of the better indoor mini golf places I've been to. Usually indoor ones tend to be small and boring, but this one kinda had a lot of spunk to it. First time here today for a kid's birthday party and wow- it's some kind of neon! But once the eyes adjust you look around and realize that for all its glow- in- the- dark cheesiness- it's actually pretty cool! The course is well maintained ( for putt putt anyway) and it's just complex enough to be fun for adults but not too stressful for the kids. After 18 holes we went to the party section for the cake and soda and this room was a decent size and also clean and well-maintained. The course seemed to get quite busy with the party and other players but everything moved along at a nice pace without any huge delays. This was a really cool place, we went here on our honeymoon. It was just inside the entrance of the Orlando Mall, off I-Drive. It's open in the front, but then deepens into black lights and glow in the dark mini golf. When you get there, they give you a putter, glow in the dark golf ball, and included in the price is a glow in the dark bracelet. She gave me pink, and my man blue. It was a lot of fun running around in there trying to find where the holes were. And the best part of all, we played mini-golf in Orlando at the end of July in the AIR CONDITIONING! :-) read more

Avoid. No line no people playing, waited and nobody showing up but, you have to have reservations. Trust me location is not conducive to waiting. Don't waste your time. Universal has better indoor mini golf with no wait, same with Disney. Or play any of the other several dozen places. read more

The pictures do not do this location justice. (It's smaller than you think). First of all the arcade or gaming area maybe just 4 gaming machines and they aren't impressive. Now don't get me wrong the concept is cool with the neon lights; the glow in the dark balls; and the course. But it is small and each of the 18 holes on average is a par 2 or 3. Not a real challenge at all. Not to mention it's expensive for one round of 18 holes on this course costing upwards of $12 per person. It's not worth it. I wish there was more value but there just isn't. Save your money and go to an outdoors course. read more

The place looked awesome online, but then you get there and it was cheap looking and small. The employees were rude and very passive aggressive. We spent a lot of money to book this room for a group and we were not impressed. We were booked for 2 hours and left after 30 minutes. This place is a joke. I bought a Groupon and decided to use it last minute. My party of 4 showed up an hour before closing, and we did 18 holes. They let us finish our game until closing which I thought was very nice. It is very clean and everyone is friendly. They have a section for private parties and snack stands where you can get GREAT snacks. This was a great experience being that it was my first time mini golfing. I dont think I will be returning because I want to try an outdoor one this time. But thanks for the experience! read more

Fun place! After a good movie with my son, they offered a promotion 2 for 1 when showing my movie receipt. We paid A little bit over $11 to play the game. At the entrance they gave us a glowing brace late matching the color of our golfing balls. Total were 18 holes and we were done within 20 minutes. read more

Loved this place! One star short due to pricing. A little to much in my opinion but other than that, staff was friendly and it was pretty spacious! We went mid day Monday but first day back to school for kids in Orlando so it was empty. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. It's cute because at the entrance they have a little arcade and snack concession stand. It's across from the theaters so location is pretty cool. Best part, it's indoors and glow in the dark. My son really had fun though so that made me happy even though dad won. Do recommend and will visit again when in town. Took my 9yr old. Told I had to pay to walk with him and watch him play. Advice to adults- Go to another mini golf place where you can watch your little ones play without having to pay. Update- I see. the response from putting edge. My 9 year old went putting alone. I didn't go with him because I didn't want to pay to stand around. Took my Dad here for a lil Birthday stop and we had such a good time!! Really cool atmosphere and the staff was so helpful and kind.

Upon arrival they were having a fire alarm. As I walked In the associate quickly stated "we don't let anyone in because we are having a fire alarm" . When asked by multiple customers how long will this last they said "I don't know". As we wait 30 min later It went off. Then minutes later It came right back on. There was three associate only one doing anything laughing saying " oh well I'm getting paid anyways!" Well we are not and we drove an hour to get here on my only day off. The disregard for their customers is disrespectful... I will never come back. Not because we had to wait but because they truly didn't care that we were waiting just that they were cool because they didn't have to work and paid anyways. I run a business myself and I would never employ any of them. Hi Jason , It was Friday the 6th around 2:00. There were three associates there. The two behind the counter were just waiting out the process as best as they could and then third who was restocking. The third young woman was the one who made the comment about getting paid anyways. I didn't mind the drive and I also didn't mind having to wait because it was something out of their control. I am a mini-golf fiend. I always try and go to one unique to where we are vacationing. This one was very unique. The glow in the dark was art was very unique, and there was a lot of art. The walls were filled, but not to much to be tacky. The course was fun. It wasn't as difficult as others, but still fun. I would recommend this. Also, if you are lucky you might be able to get a Groupon for this. We paid $10.00 for two people. So check Groupon before coming. read more

Chaotic, with a cheap setup and and seemingly old but a friendly, fun and inexpensive experience for either tourists or locals.

Great place and thoroughly enjoyable. The putting greens were a bit small which isn't surprising since it's an indoor course.

My wife took me here after buying a Groupon for 2 rounds for $10. It wasn't even worth that. Part of the issue was that there was a group of teenaged cheerleaders from somewhere in Ohio that entered the course just before us, and it ended up about as bad as any movie-depicted scene on a mini-golf course can be. Kids running EVERYWHERE. Because the place is pretty dark, and not all that bordered between holes, kids just run around there as if they own the place. It's certainly not for adults without kids. We've learned that now. Congo River is a much better (although more expensive) alternative, and much more convenient to Orlando residents than inside a run-down tourist mall. read more
