My mother suffered thoracic fractures and had to be rushed to the emergency room twice due to severe spinal and neck pain. Both times, Dr. Bartoli treated her, referred to us by the hospital doctors. During an incredibly stressful period for our family, he was calm, patient, and compassionate. What stood out most was how carefully he listened. He took the time to thoroughly explain my mother's condition, the procedures, and what we could expect in recovery. He never rushed us, and he made sure I understood everything. His bedside manner is exceptional -- kind, reassuring, and professional. I also deeply appreciate that he does not default to prescribing painkillers. Instead, he encourages a holistic approach to recovery and long-term improvement. At our follow-up appointment, he discussed multiple strategies to support my mother's healing beyond just medication, which gave us confidence that he truly cares about sustainable health outcomes. It's rare to find a doctor who combines technical skill, integrity, and genuine compassion the way Dr. Bartoli does. We are incredibly grateful for his care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful and patient-centered treatment.

Now I finally feel like there's a light at the end of the tunnel and I don't have to be stuck like this forever. I thought I'd tried everything in the book: every massage modality, supplements, strength training, PT, dozens of specialists and integrative medicine docs, acupuncture...etc. When a friend recommended myofascial massage, I rolled my eyes at first because I didn't believe it'd be any different. But I was so desperate for any bit of relief that I finally booked an appointment. I walked out of my first appointment with Kate with no to low neck pain. It was promising, but I was cautious. Throughout that week, I found that my pain levels stayed consistently low, whereas with other treatments and therapies, I would've been back in a full-blown flare-up by the end of the day or the next day at best. I hit 4-5 days before the tension, pain, and headaches returned -- a new record! Even though flare-ups still take weeks to correct, the trend is that overall pain is going down. It's given me hope that the rest of my body can get out of pain too. Kate is very experienced and understands how interconnected everything in your body is; she's been able to identify locked-up areas without my having to explicitly ask about it. Seeing Kate has been life changing and myofascial massage has been an effective addition to my existing pain management program (PT, acupuncture, CBT). The only downside is that Kate's availability is so limited and slots go so quickly, which makes it difficult to get consistent care. Highly recommend this practitioner!

I've been going weekly for a few months and can attest that the pain relief is life changing. I love how easy it is to book a session online and look forward to each one. She is super sought out and booked months in advance but so worth the wait! There is a parking garage close by to the office and street parking all around.

Forget about walking I couldn't even put my right foot on the ground due to an inflamed plantar fasciitis. I have always been hesitant about needles and acupuncture but I was in so much agony that I could have tolerated anything that day. I called ACTCM and they were booked that evening but I begged them to see me. They were kind enough to oblige even though it was late in the evening and their first appointment is 2 hours. I rushed here and underwent my first appointment. I had the impression the needles will be the kind they have when they give you a flu shot but to my surprise they are really tiny pins not needles which was a relief. I was treated by Nicole and her supervisor Pam who has great in-depth knowledge. I was able to limp and walk immediately after my appointment. Which is a miracle in my world. After that I started coming on Saturdays and have been seen by Angela and Jason Yu. Their supervisor Chris is also amazing who specializes in bone acupuncture. Angela was a nurse for 12 years before she got into acupuncture so I get best of both worlds. My advise is to really take some time to fill out their intake form which is 9 pages (long I know). List out anything and everything you remember that has ever happened to you. This is really helpful for your self and your treatment as acupuncture is a holistic science and art. ACTCM really takes time and effort to understand everything about you in their first appointment which is 2 hours. Completely worth it. And they gave me a discount for my insurance also. I ended up paying only 25$ per session. Whoa win-win! I think I'm going to do acupuncture once a week atleast as a kind of body maintenance now that I know it's not painful
