It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. The price quote for all twelve of our windows was approximately 1/3 of the price quoted for only 8 windows. Eagle proceeded to do the work, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Eagle was easy to work with and very helpful in researching what kind of Andersen windows we wanted - we got different glass types for different facing windows which makes our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. It has been two years now and we couldn't be happier. Our electric bill is much lower and we have had no problems whatsoever. Installation was quick and professional. I texted owner Olivia on Friday and over the weekend we agreed on a price (thank you for your patriotism with the military discount on the already-reasonable price!) and time for the repair. She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia.
