We saw Junior taking measurements at our next door neighbor's house. My husband asked Junior if we could make an appointment to measure our fence for a staining estimate. Junior cheerfully replied that since he was already there, he could do the measurement. We received the proposal by e-mail the next day. The first day of the project, Raul arrived early and power washed the fence boards. The second day, Raul arrived with a helper a few minutes after 7:00 AM. They attached protective paper with tape on the upper section of the neighbor's fence to prevent accidental overspray. They also blew the leaves away from the fence. Incredible from start to finish! I just had the exterior of my home painted by Paint NV. We have a 2-story, 3,000 square foot house. Junior, Alex and the crew were great to work with. Junior responded quickly to my request for a quote and, after the careful walkthrough, promptly provided a very reasonable estimate. The paint job was scheduled within a couple of weeks, so no waiting there. Alex and his crew arrived and took better care of my property than I would have if I had done it myself. No exaggeration. They did a thorough job on day one prepping by sanding, scraping, priming, caulking, and power washing. Days 2 and 3 were paint days. Prior to painting each section of the house, they taped down protective paper/etc. to the concrete, the driveway and the rock landscaping to thoroughly protect them from any paint. The painting process was far superior to any I've received previously. One person sprayed while the other rolled right behind them to ensure excellent coverage. During the painting process, they also did a great job protecting the plants in the landscaping. Their cleanup was immaculate. They took everything with them. At the end of the project, they did a walkthrough with me, and I found nothing to add to their self-developed punch list, which they finished prior to leaving. They worked with us to fit our schedule and was always very responsive via email and the phone. Clate, Alex and the whole crew were super helpful and did a great job on our house. They were professional, always on time, and great at staying in communication with us throughout the whole process, which seems to be rare when it comes to contractors. Clate would always answer my emails within minutes to hours after I sent them, and a couple members of the crew gave me their phone number so I could text when I had questions or needed something. We were a bit of a difficult customer because we were picky about the dates during which we wanted them to do the job, requested several samples before choosing paint colors, and made some specific requests about removing light fixtures, etc. But the Paint NV team was so patient and flexible from start to end and always so kind and friendly. Finally, their work is super high quality! They put so much work into the prep, making sure every last detail was ready for paint. Their work looks amazing and we have yet to find any flaws. They made good recommendations every time we weren't sure which colors should go where. They were flexible, on time (even early some mornings), fast, friendly, and patiently worked around our dogs every time we had to let them out. Paint NV is truly wonderful and I highly recommend them. They painted the exterior of my home and refinished two redwood decks. A primer was applied prior to painting and the walls feel almost silky to the touch. All cut-ins and color changes were expertly done. The dirt/rock base next to the exterior walls were pulled back so the paint could extend below grade slightly. When they came back for touch ups, their own finishing crew performed their separate punch list from ours. The decks had some unforeseen issues from years of penofin applications. After power washing, Edmar and his crew hand sanded everything to ensure the wood was smooth. They were extremely professional. read more
