I scheduled the service to be done a week later and I was provided with two courtesy calls, one day before and one hour before arrival, very nice of them. Two men arrived and performed the service and cleaned up after it was done. The took care to mask all of our windows and any areas that could have been damaged by the process. If you need sandblasting done I recommend this company! A couple words of warning: Sandblasting is a very loud and somewhat dusty process so warn your neighbors before having the work done.
