We 'rustic' form of travertine and when we moved in the company we hired at that time basically said after they 'cleaned' the stone that it was a tough stone to get cleaned and that was really the best we could expect. Then we met Jorge. He came out, went through the entire area, explained the in's and outs of the stone and what they do to clean and seal it. I figured why not since it had been 10 years and we might as well give it a go. I am beyond happy we did! Jorge did an incredible job on our stone. It has never looked better. There were a few setbacks with painting and electrical, however, it happens with a big project as a lot of different workers and trades are involved, but John would always own up to his or other people's mistake and make it right.
