Did a great job removing the moss. However, the Application they sprayed on my tile roof left ugly stains. This was in March of this year. I called immediately and eventually was handed off to the owner (Jeff). He assured me it was temporary. However the staining looks just like it did on day one and it is now Oct. The folks applying the application didn't cover the skylights and over sprayed them also. read more

They did a fantastic job -- I was glad to go with a company that uses air rather than pressure washing for the moss removal (which I had no idea about going in). Afterwards I had a long conversation with Jeff about my roof, and he gave a lot of great info. Which was actually too much for me to digest, so he went to the trouble of writing it all up in a detailed email for me. However, this year and last year I have called 3 or more times to get them to come do our roof and gutters again and I still haven't gotten a call back. And yes, I talked to a person each time. I used this company several years ago and was very happy with them. I called them back around October or November 2020 to come back again to clean off my roof, do moss treatment, and some repairs. Like another reviewer, I talked to a person who located my file and was to have someone call me back to schedule the service. I was disappointed that they never called me back. We contracted Pyroshield to clean our moss-ridden concrete tile roof. They did an excellent job, replaced over 30 tiles and sprayed with an anti-moss treatment that will hopefully deter the moss for a few years. First, I'll tell you that I am a perfectionist. (If you're going to do a job...do it right.) Darrin, the young man from P of W Puyallup did just that. Showed up on time and got right to work. I don't think he actually took a break all day. We have a new deck that we were worried would get all dirty. Tarps were down and protected the deck. Darrin cleaned up every single piece of debris that came off our roof. He went the extra mile and hosed down the house and windows. Other than a clean roof, one would never know that it had been done. No traces of debris anywhere. He even helped my husband fold the tarps we had laid down to protect the deck. We recently had Pyroshield of Washington clean our tile roof. We have lots of trees around our place so lots of pine needles and moss. They did a great job cleaning the roof, replaced broken tiles and even installed the sky lights for us.
