Therefore, I'm fairly certain the two negative reviews must be competitors, versus verifiable customers. I asked Mo, to help my parents with a difficult installation. He understood the problem situation and responded with agility to adjust scheduling and fit us in. The appointment required troubleshooting and precision with installation, and they greatly exceeded our expectations. In fact, they always have. Morton's could have easily charged for an expensive repair; however, their integrity led them to guide us to replace an obsolete appliance. Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. They offered a warranty that is the topping on a great experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great service, amazing communication and quality work.
