Instance 1. Missed an order and I called. All I got was "we cancelled it". Instance 2. Cancelled order for no reason. Instance 3. Cancelled order due to no menu item. This happened over the course of a year, with the last being just today. No phone call to ask if I would like to make a change. Just "cancelled". Good food. Just no/poor communication (I do remember instance 1, the person who I spoke with was very rude) But whatever. It is now on my list of places to avoid. read more

A colleague asked if I want 2 having a drink or 2 after work last night. Of course I said yes. I drive pass this place everyday for almost 2 years and never stopped in. It is located inside/next to the Quality Inn. They had a free standing hand sanitizer dispenser before u entered. Good sign. They were playing reggaeton music all while I was there. A handful of people at the bar, a couple at a table, a lady in a booth. Yesterday they had margarita special. I had 2 watermelon margaritas; frozen and on rocks...the frozen was better, on rocks tasted like Hi-C. I also ordered chicken wings which were tasty. Expensive @ $11 but I enjoyed them anyway. The bartender was nice, friendly. They also have slot machines, pool table. Didn't use restroom so not sure if it was clean. The crowd seem more tourists, lonely folk, and those getting off from work. I will be back. read more

This place seriously had terrible service and the food was not even that could. Our waiter Andrea did not tend to us at all she would place stuff down and leave and talked with all the other customers. My friend order was wrong and they clearly didn't care. I normally leave a tip but they do not deserve a tip. And to continue back on Andrea, she was would ask a questions and immediately walk away to sit with this other Hispanic couple. She took forever to ring me up and if I wanted I would have dinr and dash, just know if you don't speak Spanish they will not care. Never again -1000/10. read more

Love the staff and environment! Only thing was that there was no heat and had to keep my jacket on for most of the time there along with several other people with the same complaints so hopefully they get that heat fixed because other than the cold I enjoyed myself. read more

I just sat here for over 10 minutes and no acknowledgment that I was even there. And the place wasn't busy at all. This isn't the first time I've waited 10-15 to order food. Like the last time, I decided to get up and leave. In theory it's convenient to have a restaurant on site, but in practice, you're better off driving somewhere else, taking an Uber or doing DoorDash. Ok. So this is in the lobby of the Quality Inn next to the Chicago Airport. Hear me out. I had the veggie burger with feta and substituted Parmesan broccoli instead of fries. So! Good! At first glance, typical bar. There are a couple of tables available, but not many. Because of the name, I thought I would have Italian dishes to choose from. You could probably fill up on the bread alone. The service was good though. I would probably take the time to drive and grab food at another place of you want good food. This place was absolutely horrible to us. The hours of business are supposedly until 4 am. We had had a horrible day dealing with rain and layovers and had read decent reviews about this place and it was attached to hotel we ended up having to get. From the moment one of us walked in we were told by the blond bartender that they couldn't serve us because the kitchen was closed. Ok fine so we ended up having some drinks and having food delivered from somewhere else. We ordered the drinks and got a table and while we were waiting, we noticed that another group was served food. Let's now mention that that group was white and we were a mixed race group. So, our food finally arrived that we'd ordered from outside. We were enjoying it while we were finishing our drinks and the blond bartender came over to us and incredibly rudely said, "I told you that you can't eat here!!!" Wth, first she said she couldn't serve us so we try to make due and still comes at us like that. This behavior from this blond bartender was absolutely unbelievable!!! Staying at this hotel and came down for a much needed bite to eat. While we were seated quickly, it took our waitress a solid 15 minutes to come to grab our drink orders. In our party, we ordered a club, a vodka gimlet, and a vodka and sprite. These are all incredibly simple orders and none of them came correct. Instead we got a blt, vodka water, and straight up vodka instead of a gimlet. Nothing was comped and it took over an hour long to get everything. Hotel staff was equally incompetent. read more

This Restaurant/Bar is awesome by day and by night! We stayed at the hotel it is attached to. Good breakfast, lunch or dinner. Jan, our waiter was great. No glass went empty during breakfast - our free refills were always topped off. They have a few bar games - electronic darts anyone? I have never had such a good experience with delayed and cancelled flights! The hotel was nice and the Restaurant even better. I had the BLT my husband some sort of chicken salad - both were good. We went to the restaurant invited by our friend, otherwise we wouldn't know any better if there is something good in the hotel. Lets face it often times hotel restaurants are mediocre. From the outside it looks like a regular hotel building and even after entering the restaurant it is still pretty usual place (square tables, large bar, pool tables,tvs etc.)...but wait how it all changes when the food arrives! Our dinner was amazing - presentation, flavor, creativity (both in appearance and food selection) was better than in a few upscale restaurants where I had a chance to eat and pay big bill. No overpriced menu here...very reasonable prices, I would say for the food we got - a bargain. I highly recommend this place, it is almost a secret where now we take our friends and they can't believe it was right under their noses all the time. read more
