Love Q Nails! The staff is always so nice and welcoming and know you by name if you're a regular. The location is convenient and usually not a wait. They do get busy, but always take appointments or can tell you when the best time to come is. Their pedicures are my favorite- even a standard pedi comes with a hot stone massage. I got a pedicure and the lady wasn't friendly at all. I wanted the $35 pedi and she suggested gel for polish. I wanted Red, White and Blue with a design on the big toe. If you enjoy getting chastised by owner then go here. Tina the owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers and employees. She pretends not to understand you when you ask for simple gel polish. Then I told her no tips... she starts cutting my natural long nails. I was upset but I let it go. She rushed through my nails so quickly that I didn't have a chance to notice some of the sides are sharp and out of order. No cream or hand message at all just rushed work. Then when you try to mention ANYTHING about your nails she fights with you. Prices are made up at the end. They don't write down appointments for anyone off the phone. Went with my daughter on. Monday evening we asked for gel manicures they rushed, weren't friendly, the owner was on the telephone speaking incredibly loud the whole time. They painted our nails charged us 60.00 for 2 manicures. No lotion, nothing just file and paint rushed out the door. Will never be back. read more

The person that complained about her nails chipping brought her own polish, then complained. I have been going there for years and have never had a problem. Thanks to her, now they won't let anyone bring their own polish. Yes, they occasionally are on their phone or speak to each other in a language I dont understand. Horrible service, rude, terrible looking nails, FaceTimed on her photo multiple times while doing my nails. She kept pulling my arms, didn't like when I changed my mind on color before the color was on. Made my cuticles bleed. Bottom line is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I told my normal nail place about this and apparently they have quite the reputation as a dirty nail salon. Save yourself a possible infection from the uncleanliness. It's really appalling. I went here for a pedicure and manicure, and they were very rushed and inefficient with the pedi. There was only one other customer in the salon. They also were already painting my nails only to tell me that they couldn't do the design I wanted. The polish was also dented and scratched before I left, and pieces of my nail were broken and warped. Less than an hour later the polish chipped. Very disappointing experience! The man totally rushed through my entire gel manicure due to the number of customers waiting. He also got up 3 different times to check out other customers. I specifically requested a manicure, which he confirmed. But, no hand or arm massage was given. He was doing the quickest job he could to move people along. Huge sense of urgency the entire time, not relaxing in the slightest. Then I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home that the polish wasn't even close to the cuticle. My nails looked like they had a week's growth already. There were also a lot of rough spots on the sides of several of my nails from the previous gel where he didn't remove it all. Today was my first experience. Teena/Tina did a nice job on my dip manicure. I liked that they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time so I was in and out quickly. All my nails are different sizes, gel nail polish all over my nails, and not at all what I wanted. I got my nails filled and they started with cutting my nails down way shorter than what I wanted. My wife and I have been going here for almost two years and the service had been great. However, something changed and the lady (owner / manager) has become disorganized with appointment talking and has become unbelievably rude to customers. We have observed her yelling at customers and in one instance told them right in front of us to a customer to never come back! For some reason she was very argumentative with my wife on our last visit, telling her she was one minute late for her appointment. The last straw is when my wife showed up for her appointment and the owner told her she didn't have an appointment and had never made the appointment. One doing my pedi, (was doing fine) then another starts the mani , not at all pleasant, kept having me twist around so she can do both hands on the left side where she was standing. They don't discuss money's till you check out, total was quite a bit more than I had added per their price list. If you question charges, English isn't fluent enough to resolve. You don't get a receipt showing the charges and/or services just the total taken off your credit card. Overall I won't go back. This my go-to for a great, long lasting gel pedi. The salon has come a very long way since they opened - the most recent renovation is bright and beautiful (love the chandeliers!). The new massage chairs are fantastic - between those and the foot/leg massage I walk out feeling great. The staff is very friendly and professional.
