It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. They have 1 million kinds of gel nail polish and sparkles and colors and whatever you want they have it. The place is quite large and it is clean. There is nice clean bathrooms if you need it. They offer waxing and other services as well. If you call the day you want services you can get an appointment and then you don't have to wait, I have never had to wait regardless but you can also walk in. The one who cut her did not apologize but said she cut her because she was asleep. That was not true. The lady who cut my friend's toes started talking loudly in Russian, like she was mad, but she was not the one who was cut, so we were not understanding her yelling. They only gave her a 10% discount, which was not enough for all the pain, burning, and discomfort my friend was forced to suffer. And a discount had to be asked for. Yet, some lady who did not like her nail color was offered the world!!! smh We were told it is expected to get cut. Really? 4 times? No one explained the possiblity of being injured!! That's not okay at all. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.
