Always at least 1-2 people at the front to greet you and ask if you have any questions. I have gotten some really good deals there as well, particularly on holiday items. We got an Elsa blow-up for our lawn at the end of the season that they were practically giving away. Can't say enough good things about them! Definitely prefer this Ace location to big box stores on this side of town.

I'm not exactly what you'd call a handyman, but they never make me feel stupid. They have helpful advice, & I always try to patronize them over one of the big box stores like Home Depot when I can. When I had a key made, the manager did it himself. He was worried he didn't get it just right, so he gave me all 4 copies for the price of one. All 4 worked. They also offer more than you'd expect in the way of rentals. I had already been waiting for my washer and dryer to arrive and had a date for delivery setup but I wanted to get the special refinancing, so we did a return and rebuy with the same exact items and I specifically told the customer service member that I wanted the same delivery date and she said we should be able to set it up. Long story short they changed it and got it wrong, so they told me to call the store today and no one answers the phone. Worst customer service ever, not to mention most of the time I can't get a solid answer to my questions before buying something. I am giving them 2 stars so this review doesn't get ignored like most one stars do.
