I have to say, I am very pleased with Quest. Some people say it's a little small, but perfect in my eyes. It is never overcrowded and it seems that everyone who goes there is affable and friendly. It is extremely clean as they conveniently provide wet wipes throughout the gym along with fresh towels. I don't take part in spin classes or aerobic sessions, but I see that they are always full so they must be doing something right. The staff is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. My favorite part is the steam room, which for 20 dollars a month is a steal. Great job guys!! read more

This is to all prospective participants. Save yourself a lot of grief. This establishment is cold hearted and unsympathetic to anyones personal problems or situation. I was a member and recently became very ill and put my membership on hold. I had numerous letters from doctors stating that i was ill asking to freeze my membership a little longer and all i got were harassing letters stating i owed a balance. They also sent to to collections. Do yourself a favor, join another gym, one that has a heart! read more

Been going to Quest for about a year. Very clean and friendly environment. The staff is very helpful with your questions and welcoming when you walk in the door. They have multiple sections for you to work out and a variety of machines and equipments so makes your workouts more interesting. read more

I had a very bad experience with Quest--signed up for a "great deal" membership, and then when I relocated outside the area they continued charging me for months afterward and fought with me on the contents of my contract. I DID NOT sign up for this and dealt with terrible customer service throughout my short time there (6 months). Please don't deal with this drama and unprofessionalism!! read more

I started my knew membership at 24 7 and its true you get what you pay for.Quest, has always seem to have high turn over ratio compared with other gyms.I recently had my kia broken into while working out in the gym.I learned others have had this happen even employees. I was told by one manager well you shouldnt leave your phone on center of vechile in plain view.Sure is there a law stating that i didnt know the gym was being targeted by crimminals.Public parking may give reason to get out of responsibilty but from a moral responsibilty you would like to think the owner has a heart.Yet i was reminded i only pay 20 a month yet if one looked i payed on ave 140 per month mony spent by myself.In closeing the cameras do not cover everything at this gym and worse yet is if a member gets hurt shot stabbed etc whats it take for this owner to make it safer for members and employees a death of someone i hope not. If your vechile is robbed have no fear you will get i am sorry but we cant do anything? 24 7 is safer and thats why id rather pay to keep my vechile safe i mean what about peoples safety! read more

Joined about a year or so ago. Enjoyed working out there but the "fitness director" leaves a lot to be desired. He made changes to contracted personal training classes before contract was over, then said it was non-refundable. If you want something close to home to work out on your own, great, but don't get into additional personal training contracts. Unless your willing to lose money at any given time. read more

Even though I no longer attend this gym (due to distance from my home/work place) this review is way over due. I've was going to this gym on and off for a good amount of time and never had any issues. Yes the gym is a lot smaller than others but it has exactly whats needed, I never had to wait to use any machines, they always have towels available, they have bags available up front if you need it to put your dirty clothes in after a workout, the staff at the front are always friendly, and the place is forever being cleaned, never a mess in the locker room/bathrooms, the mirrors are always spotless and they do provide sanitizing wipes through out the gym that I'm glad people use to wipe down the machines after use. Since its not an overly packed gym at the times i would go i felt as if my workout was very private and there weren't eyeballs everywhere watching everything i do which i loved and appreciated. If I'm ever back in this area i wouldn't think twice about rejoining at this location. One star was lost due to at times it is a little difficult to find a good parking spot, and i know this has nothing to do with the gym itself but someone did once steal my favorite sweater from my locker that i never put a lock on (i didn't think someone would actually take a after workout sweater). But like i said nothing to blame the gym for, I went out and got a lock to use from that day on. Lesson Learned. read more

Quest is ok for the 20$ a month. the bathrooms are always dirty, and my boyfriend says the mens side always has a dirty floor. you can never meet with any one who is the manager, they are never there. there is a guy who works there, too he never acknowledges you when you go in and when you leave -very rude, makes you feel not welcome. read more

I am a member of Quest since 2011. I had no complaint until recently. I pay $21.99 like every one else until last month when I was charges $41.99. I knew this had to be a mistake so I called and spoke to Dayna the rudest person I have come across at Quest. She said my card was declined for unavailable funds, I went to my bank and they did an investigation into this and of corse there was plenty of money in my account. I brought the copies to Dayna at quest and to my amazement she insisted it was wrong, I went back to my bank to again make sure and they called the people who handle the accurual transactions, a letter was written from my bank and I went back to Quest. Again she said I was wrong and to " Get my money right and this won't happen again". I was ready to slap this rude obnoxious b---h. Any way it's in my lawyers hands. Please watch this doesn't happen to you. I think it's a scam to make money, but that's only my oppinion. read more

$20/month for this gym is a STEAL. Always clean and smells fresh, towel service, never too crowded, treadmills usually always available even during busy hours. I cannot complain. This place is great. After working at LA Fitness, I am pretty particular with which gym I want to work out in. This place wins. Best gym for your money in the area. read more

Been a member for many years. Place is very inexpensive to join. There is a staff member named Kenny that is very helpful with any issue. It's worth the 19.95 monthly fee. They could improve the cleanliness of the men's bathroom but the crowd is always friendly. They need to do a better job cleaning bathrooms and fixing equipment. read more

This gym is the best! It is never crowded so you don't have to sign up for classes or wait in line for machines. I take class their regularly and they have the BEST instructors! I actually feel guilty if I miss class because I love the instructors so much. I also get personal trained twice a week with Sonia. She always motivates me and gets me into shape with an intense workout that she changes up each week so it never gets old. If you need a trainer, I highly recommend her! If you are looking to join a gym I would recommend you join this one. The price is great, the staff is friendly, and it's small/less intimidating than a huge/overcrowded gym. read more

They charge a $50 fee every October. I cancelled my membership (in time) and they still charged me this fee. When I brought in my cancellation letter, the person I gave it to told me I wouldn't be charged anymore. This apparently isn't the case....I guess with their crappy gym, this is the only way they can get money - pretty pathetic. read more

This gym is terrible. In the 3 years i was a customer is has gone downhill fast. They change trainers faster than you can say jack, the cleaning staff comes in hours before they close and starts cleaning around you while you workout sometimes they even kick out of the rooms to clean at or 9pm when the gym closes at 11p. Additionally when i finally cancelled i spoke to the billing manager on the 1st of the month she was super nice and told me if i came in the very next day to fill out the cancellation paperwork that they wouldn't charge me for the following month. Sure enough, they charged me anyway and refused to reverse the $21 charge. I recommended them and brought them mutilate clients over the 3 years and this is how they treated me. Back in February, I signed up for a membership and told them I would be moving to Hamburg in September. No problem, they said. You can end your membership in August. Despite these reassuring words, they've been charging me ever since I moved. I call to straighten it out, and they're basically like "Fuck you." So don't trust any verbal agreements you make with them. Club Metro is cheaper, more convenient, and (in my experience) staffed by honest people. read more

This gym signs you into a contract and then stops caring about you. I am a student and I had a little trouble notifying them about credit card changes and when I wanted to cancel my contract. The amount of my money they have charged me for simple, fixable, misunderstandings is ridiculous. They also make it impossible to have a conversation with anyone of actual importance. They don't care about their members, they are only out to make a quick buck. I would give 0 stars if possible because the gym is so small too!! read more

Decent amount of free weights, the Dumbbells are all ridiculously broken though. Need a bicep preacher, there's maybe 1 useful bicep machine. Worry less about adding turf more about adding useful equipment. read more

Love it!!! This gym knows what members want. Great staff, clean friendly atmosphere. Most importantly there is a great mix of members, the equipment is well maintained and at $19.95 a month with towel service and clean locker rooms it cant be beat. I've been a member for a long time with no complaints. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place and the staff are always willing to assist you. Im all about cardio, but from what othe members say the trainers are amazing and really work with you to get results. read more
