I did the 90 minute Swedish message and it honestly felt so rushed. It felt more like a rush to cover as much of my body in lotion as possible. There was no pressure and technique, just hands sliding around. I did not get the relaxing experience I should have for 90 minutes. When she added the hot stones, it was no different. I discovered this little hidden gem a couple of weeks ago. It's walking distance from my house, and now that I know they're open until 8PM, you'll more than likely find my here after a stressful day vs. happy hour! They have this punch card, if you go 5 times, you receive 30 minutes free on 6th visit. Massages will now probably be added to my monthly self-care routine now. The massage I received has truly fixed my sleeping problems at night. I usually also never nap during the day, and after I got this self-care massage on a Saturday afternoon, I went right back and NAPPED, for HOURS! My back is less tense, I feel as if I am more relaxed, and I truly felt like I hit nirvana after my massage was done. I'm happy this place is just steps away from me! One of the most unprofessional places I have been too. Very touchy in a non professional way. The massage was horrible, the masseuse was walking in and out most the time cause they didn't have anyone at the front desk. Half way through the massage a man at the front demanded his money back as he had been waiting in a room for over 30 minutes and no one came in to see him. I bought a couple massage and the masseuses were talking to each other most the time making it very loud and not peaceful at all. Near the end they were rushing the massage and didn't give the full hour that was paid for. Even more at the end when we were leaving the woman at front desk demanded a tip and when I asked for cash back to break my 20 she just took it and said it was good, as I didn't want to be rude I just gave the money and walked out. read more

This was my second visit at this establishment; I really wanted to like it because it's so close to my house so I gave it another shot after a pretty mediocre and strange experience the first time. I called to ask if I could redeem a Groupon for a 30 min foot massage and also add on a 60 min body massage, which I would pay for separately. After a lot of back and forth (there is an extreme communication barrier here; their staff speak little to no English); they finally said yes, come in now. As I was heading over I get a text message saying they were too busy, so I asked if there was a better time that day, and again, back and forth just throwing prices at me... I said for the 5th time I'm paying with cash and a Groupon, I just need to know what time they have available, and she just said ok come in now. ??? I get there, it's empty. No customers. Busy? She has me fill out a Groupon client list (with a $ amount I plan on tipping... bit weird?), and hurries me in back. As I'm laying naked on the table, she says "you pay cash or card?" And I had already told her several times I was paying cash. She says, "okay.. you pay now." So.... I awkwardly asked her to grab my wallet from under my clothes so I didn't have to walk over there nude... The massage itself was ok. The tiny sheet they have you lay over yourself she left pretty much just open so my bottom was exposed, which is whatever... I'm not extremely modest, but it would be uncomfortable to some. She answered her phone during the massage and I looked over a couple times and she was texting with one hand while massaging me. I also did not receive the salt scrub my Groupon supposedly included but I just wanted to get out of there, I didn't even bother trying to convey that. What really threw me over the edge, was as I was leaving I asked for change for a $20 (cuz I only had 20s and a 5 in my wallet) I had planned on giving her $15 (seemed generous to me, all things considered) but she looks at the $20... sighs and brings out her clipboard with the groupon tips and points out to me what people tip her, trying to convince me not to ask for change. I look her in the eye and say "no, give me two $10s." So she laughs... goes to the back and brings out TWO $5s. I looked at her dumbfounded, and she said "sorry. You want two 10s?" Unbelievable. I almost said yes to leave her with nothing, but I DID end up giving her the $15, for karmas sake, and walked out as she was saying sorry and smiling. She then texted me to say thank you and to tell me she would give me 10 minutes free next time. Guilt, I suppose? There will be no next time. Sorry, extremely long review, but I was pretty flabbergasted with this place's lack of professionalism and felt I needed to be thorough. I had a good experience on the first time I went there since I paid cash. Not sure why it's such a big deal for them. This second time I used Groupon. The lady tried to ask me to cancel and pay cash there instead. I said no because the price on Groupon with discount code is cheaper but it was she was giving me too much pressure. Before the massage even start, she said "you pay tips huh" "everyone the same pays tips" while doing the gesture of money with her fingers in my face. I said I have been here before and I know have to pay a tip. During the massage, the lady asked me if the pressure is okay, I said I'd like it harder. She said this is Swedish if you like deep tissues, I'm charging you $10 more. I've been there before and the other lady who gave me massage was fantastic and didn't ask for more money like this. I didn't want deep tissues but the pressure she gave me was too light. I said it's okay then she offered to do it and she said "you pay tips nicely okay" "you put that tips for me" She also asked me how old I am. Do I have kids? and Am I married to an American? Lastly I bought 95 minutes massage with 60 mins full body plus 35 mins foot with sea salt soak. My foot never got soaked in anything. The lady basically just did a full body plus foot massage for 95 minutes. I couldn't feel any pressure on my legs and foot while she massaged. I'm not going back there anymore. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I bought 3 Groupons at the same time and in June, I took my aunt and used two for her and myself. I didn't enjoy the experience and tried to get a credit for the remaining one but it's non refundable so I figured I'd use it. Made an appointment for 1pm. Got there at 12.55 and was told by the lady there to call her supervisor. I called and her husband answers, telling me I either had to wait an hour for the other girl or wait till 3pm for her. She comes in and starts giving me a hard time about not being able to use the Groupon as I had been there last week with my aunt. WHAT?? I had to pull pictures off my phone to prove we were there in JUNE. She finally agrees and has the other girl do the massage. I was supposed to have a 20 minute foot soak but only had my leg in the water for 45 seconds with the girl already telling me about a $20 tip. She starts the massage and I can feel myself getting even more tense because she was the worst masseuse I have ever encountered. I had to get off the table barely 5 minutes after starring. Even after complaining, the owner just had a smug look on her face as I left the premises. Don't say you weren't warned. $57 down the drain. I'm NEVER going back!! read more

Prior to moving out of the state, I decided to try cupping while my husband and son had their hair cut next door. I almost fell asleep. The ambiance, music, cupping and massage are incredibly relaxing and soothing. I would have gone back had I not moved. I plan on scheduling another session when I'm back in town. read more
