The owner of the shop allowed one of his employees to take on a job for my car to fix the timing chain and oil pump I was told it would take 5 days. I dropped the car off on July 17th of 2023 its September 11th of 2023 and this is how the vehicle looks. I feel like my car was taken to a chop shop. I have never been to an auto body shop that I wasn't sent to by my insurance company. So when I had some damage that wasn't covered I didn't know what to do or where to go.
