    Qahwetna Latte
    Archie S.

I found this place on a whim, while in the area, I was looking for a coffee and tea and this place popped up. It is located as a part of an apartment complex called ZIA Apartments. So if you find that place just drive around the front where you enter for parking and you will find it. You can park at the guest parking or around the area if allowed. I had to try their signature Iced Qahwetna Latte which just sounded and looked so good! With the notes of dates and bold coffee and cream, I could not pass on it. Along with it they had some fresh baklava and pistachio milk cake so I had to give that a shot as well. Simply said, I enjoyed everything. The coffee had nice bold flavors, and it made you want more. Everything was also presented very nicely, and especially the baklava was my favorite. They're sitting inside and outside, definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Olivia is amazing. Kind, warm, and quick with the drinks. Pistachio latte, iced, less sweet. Fantastic. Looks like maybe 6, 2-hour parking spots. Clean and inviting space The above is from my first visit which was weeks ago! I realize I never posted it. Finally coming by for a second try. The staff this morning are great too. Answered all of my questions and offered recommendations. This time I ordered the Turkish latte iced with whole milk and date syrup (less sweet). It's quite pricey as it came out to just over $8 (the syrup is $.50). Tastes pretty good. I was cautioned of the remnants of coffee beans on the bottom and I don't mind it as I like texture in my coffee. The less sweet modification was a good call for me as the flavor is quite strong and definitely sweet enough. Come check it out!

If you're looking for a cozy coffee spot, this place is a must-visit! The Qahwah latte and Turkish coffee are packed with rich, unique flavors, and don't skip the desserts--the pistachio milk cake, caramel cheesecake and strawberry cake are absolutely delicious. The bright, welcoming atmosphere is perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just relaxing. Plus, the friendly staff and free parking make it even better!

It's always such a challenge finding a nice place to get work done that doesn't close in the afternoon. I thought I knew every place in the area that fit the bill, but I happened to come across this place via Yelp that I had never seen before. Looks like it just opened within the past couple months. PARKING: Parking is in the Zia parking structure next to the shop, on Lincoln Ave where it says retail and visitor parking. There's 2-hour retail parking - not a ton of spots but I haven't run into a problem finding parking yet. On their Instagram they have instructions for if the structure retail parking is full: "Use code 647850 at the gate and park on the 5th and 6th floor (Guest Parking). Take the elevator back down to the retail parking area to reach Qahwah Coffee House. To return to your car, take Elevator N°3 (located on the right when facing the gate) and enter the code: 647850#" WHAT I'VE ORDERED: Iced qahwah latte Iced qahwah matcha lattes THE DRINKS: Perfect. The date syrup they use is not overpowering, and balances perfectly with both the espresso and the matcha. The espresso was on point. But my star was the matcha.. I mean look at that color... dare I say one of my fave matchas I've had lately!! It was a bit of a sweeter matcha latte than some places, but that's how I like it. I also tried the pistachio cream cheesecake. It was pretty good, though just a little sweet. SERVICE: Amazing!!! Each time I've come here they've been very happy to answer my questions and explain menu items. VIBES: Amazing for getting work done. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: At almost every seat!! * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, clean * WATER: You can ask for free water * VOLUME: Not too loud * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Good amount of seats. My only critique would be that the communal table is a little too close to the bench seating so was hard to slide in and out especially if others are sitting with you. * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I never say this lightly: I think this is my favorite coffee shop right now. It really hits all of my checklist - outlets, open late, and good drinks particularly. I was tempted to gatekeep but had to support and would love to see them grow!!

I had a wonderful experience at Qahwetna coffee. I stopped by here cause i was carving a matcha and luckily they were open late. It was a little hard to find because it's under an apartment complex and they had no sign out front. Parking is inside a structure but there's only about 3 spots for retail space parking. Inside was very clean and new. The bathroom was also really nice. They offered several tables and charging stations as well. I ordered a qawah matcha latte which has a date syrup. It was a unique flavor overall that i really did enjoy. It wasn't super sweet and the matcha was good quality. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

First time coming here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions. Ordered sand coffee just to see how it was done. It was like a hot of expresso (not a lot of coffee).

Qahwah Latte and Pistachio Milk Cake

I have to say, this is easily one of the cutest coffee shops I've been to. Qahwah House Coffee has such a bright, welcoming vibe with tons of natural lighting and plenty of outlets, perfect if you're looking for a spot to get some work done or just relax for a bit. I ordered the Qahwah latte and the pistachio milk cake, and both were amazing. The latte had a really nice balance of coffee and sweetness, flavorful without being overpowering. And the pistachio milk cake? Out of this world. You can actually taste the pistachio in every bite, which is spectacular. Overall, such a great place to hang out, work, or catch up with someone. Definitely coming back

I absolutely love this place! It's a special thing when anything you get is top notch. I started off with an iced americano (delicious) and Iced Qahwah Latte (HIGHLY suggest this one, it's unique and not too sweet but delicious). I then tried a couple of their matches (they use very high quality matcha, you can tell!). I usually go for a normal matcha latte, but I tried some of their specialty matchas and I was SO happy I did. They have some really great flavors that complement the matcha really well. And also very knowledgeable baristas if you don't know what you want to try! I highly suggest trying their signature menu items, they have wonderful house made syrups and sauces that are amazing (Pistacio sauce, Qahwah syrup)! Their treats are also delicious, I tried the banana pudding and it was great! (Also I'm a sucker for cute cups) I am a person that will drive an hour for good coffee/matcha and this is definitely worth the trip :)

Since I couldn't sleep anyway I decided to talk a walk this morning and find somewhere to get a coffee and I am so glad I found this spot. It smelled amazing when I walked in, it's very cute inside and the baristas were super friendly and knowledgeable. There were a lot of coffee and tea options to choose from and they also have non-dairy milk options. I got the Turkish latte with cardamom and oat milk and it was lovely, very coffee forward with beautiful flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They have a pistachio latte so that's definitely what I'll be trying next time. It's a Palestinian coffee shop and apparently very new to the area so be sure to stop by and show your support :)

    Matcha, Refresher, Baklava
    Ivin Y.

Their drinks were so good! I got their matcha and my friend got a refresher and both were perfect! Their baklava was to die for, the perfect sweet treat! There was limited parking in the lot so it can be tough to find parking if it's busy, but there is street parking too. Service was super friendly! The place was very comfy and lots of seating around!

We try different coffee shops every Sunday and stumbled upon this kind of hidden one. The workers were SO friendly and the decor was so cute too!! The coffees were delicious and they gave the cutest cup holder, what a smart idea!! I loved it

    Recommended the Qahwah Turkish Latte
    Sokluna D.

On a lazy morning, I had some time to come down with my little ones and enjoy a cup of coffee. I was recommended the Qahwah Turkish latte, and it was really good. I could definitely taste the coffee grounds -- it had a strong, bold flavor (a little extra coffee, which I actually liked). The view really sets the mood in the morning -- calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff was upbeat and friendly, which made the whole experience even better and easier with kids. I'll definitely be back for another slow morning here.

    Zil Q.

I liked the ambiance -- it felt cozy and private with nice lighting. The coffee was just okay for me, but I'm probably just used to a stronger espresso taste. We went at night about an hour before closing, and while the staff was cleaning up, the strong bleach smell from mopping and wiping tables was a bit overwhelming with customers still around.

The coffee bar is beautifully designed!

The banana matcha was good too, although it could've used a little more banana foam this time. The lines can get pretty long, so I was glad it wasn't too busy today. My favorites are the fish sandwich pastry and the jalapeño cheddar pastry. This time I also tried the salt and cookie butter croissant, the s'mores Danish, the Nutella banana Danish, and the turkey and cheese croissant. Everything was good except the turkey and cheese croissant, it was way overcooked for my liking, so I probably wouldn't order that one again. Overall, a good bakery with consistently tasty pastries and drinks.

It would be one thing if they were still a small independant cafe who had never done something like this before but they regularly work with big name fandoms and do official collabs with things like Undertale and Digital Circus. There is no excuse at this point for them to be so incompetent when it comes to line management and getting people in and out who get stuck waiting outside for hours. Also, another reason why this place is great is that it's not full at all. Might be because of the parking situation, but the place is near empty which makes it have a nice luxury vibe. Their Vanilla Thesis drink at 50% sweet is soooo good. It's a great blend of coffee and tastes great. You can totally taste the vanilla. Their ham and cheese croissant is also great.

Discovered this beautiful coffee spot a month ago and fell in love with their seasonal drinks…read more(strawberry vanilla americano and strawberry cold brew) so we have been coming here as a special treat for ourselves and told and brought our friends. However, today's visit felt different. We ordered our usual strawberry coffee drinks but they weren't pink. When I asked the barista about it she said the syrup has changed. The drinks barely tasted like strawberry and we were disappointed. I immediately regretted upgrading my size to 20oz too. SO I looked up other recent yelp reviews, and I saw that someone posted a picture of their drink 17 hours ago and it was still pink. That makes me question what happened to our drinks.

I really enjoyed my experience at Little Ox Coffee! Even though it was busy, there still were tons…read moreof seats available and the line moved quickly. The design of the space is clever---there are bench seats along the wall, long tables in the middle, and small circle tables on the sides. It's efficient and maximizes seating without feeling cramped or crowded. It's also an East-facing shop so it's shady--- even at 3 PM it was nice and cool inside. There are also some outlets! I would definitely study here if I was in the area. Gabe was really friendly, and helped me choose a great latte. I bought the Single Origin Okumidori Matcha iced latte, and it was the perfect level of sweetness. I didn't even have to adjust the level by some percentage; the standard blend is fresh, with just enough sugar to accent rather than overpower the beautiful matcha flavor. Huge shoutout to Gabe and the Little Ox Coffee staff!!!!

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Cute coffee shop popular with students…read more Came for an afternoon coffee meetup with a couple of friends. They didn't have a huge menu, but a good selection with some interesting offerings, like a pandan latte, which I enjoyed very much. One of my friends got a matcha latte and the other an iced americano. Drink prices were very reasonable for the quality, definitely cheaper than in LA County. On a Tuesday afternoon it was mostly high school and college students working, so us three middle-aged ladies felt compelled to keep our cackling down to a minimum. It was an open, airy place, not too large, with a large table in the middle with bar and bench seating around the perimeter. They also had a glass walled area with another large table, almost like a conference room with more people working. We sat at one of the bench areas by the wall, which had little round tables and stools. Can't say it was the most comfortable for prolonged sitting, but it was ok. All furniture was wood; if you're looking for cozy upholstered seating look elsewhere.
