My friend got the Tony's Bouillabaisse, which I thought was delicious too (although I don't think she liked it all that much). The spring rolls were super yummy. They were fried to crispy perfection and filled with steaming hot shrimp, crab bits, and lettuce. It was super fun to eat, too. My favourite thing about The Seafood Grill was how freshly cooked every single dish was. All three dishes came out steaming hot, which I knew they had prepared freshly in the back. All seafood restaurants should do it like The Seafood Grill as the gold standard. I think I'll be back next time I'm in town, especially if I can visit the Kanata area.
