She listened to my needs and took everything I said seriously. She was instrumental in finally getting my diagnosis because she noticed a specific issue that previous therapists had missed. It's nearly impossible to find therapists this knowledgeable and experienced who also take the time to understand their patient's body and tailor the session to fit individual needs. The folks at 1st Class PT have greatly increased my quality of life. I'm in far less pain, get much better sleep, and am doing better in a myriad of ways. I've worked with Amid a few times too, and he's also amazing. He's deeply invested in his patients' wellbeing, and I always notice how delighted they are to see him. Seanette at the front desk is a godsend. She goes above and beyond -- whether it's dealing with my insurance or my PCP's office to confirm they sent that referral. The staff is very friendly, treat me well, accommodate my needs, and make physical therapy feel less like a chore. I don't know where I'd be without them! ‍ The staff here are LGBT+ friendly and IMO competent with trans bodies.

They never ever get back to me and every time I call to follow up they will say they are checking with the manager. I'm not sure why it takes so long to issue a refund. STAY AWAY.

Lino Chuang sold his practice to a Hospital and as of 8/1 the place is under new management. We were told casually that they are changing management but no one officially send us a notice to notify us that billing will change. I usually run to PT after work and the front desk all in the sudden disappeared. It is Impossible to connect with the front desk person Sylvia who is fantastic. Calls are now automated and directed to at call center that no one knows anything besides giving you an appointment.On one of my visits I overheard another patient disputing charges on her bill. Since my insurance wasn't accepted I had to pay annual fee and the rest was covered by my insurance now with the new management I will be billed for copay for each visit in addition to the $200 I paid in April. Honestly it became too messy and hearing how messy is the transition I rather not continue with PT until it's clear how the new management will be handling patients and billing. If you are existing patient of ECPT I suggest you find out how Montefiore will bill you. They better have Christina the late shift front desk back as there are patients coming for therapy after 5 pm . I really like Lino Cheung and his original team and wish them good luck but I'm not paying to talk to a machine and call center representative that has no clue.

As soon as it was safe , I was recommended to Excellent Choice, Lino Chuang. I was in incredible pain. Somehow he was able get me very comfortable in one appointment!! I immediately started treatment according to his recommendations in terms of how many times to come in. Literally I got better with each treatment. I truly thought there was no hope. As I have been through physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, etc, in my home state (not NY). I didn't put too much hope on PT. To my surprise, after therapist Eda listened to my treatment history, she understood my anxiety and frustration. The plan she personalized for me was composed of six different procedures that five of them I never had in a national level hospital physical therapy program. Especially her unique manual therapy manipulation relieved the pain on my neck and trapezius a lot. The effect lasted much longer than physical exercises only that were offered by the hospital in my home state. Unfortunately I only stayed in NYC for a month and I had to leave. I have been calling around in my local city for the similar treatment with no luck. I missed Eda and Restore Plus. Eda also followed me up with some suggestions.
