This was my first time placing an order on print materials and I forgot to mention many details concerning the type of paper I wanted (i.e. glossy, matte, regular uncoated paper, paper weight, etc.). I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). All in all, I am so pleased with the team at In and Out Printing Service and highly recommend them!

I strongly advise against returning items at the UPS location in Castro Valley. I had a very…read morefrustrating and concerning experience there. I returned multiple items, but Amazon only showed that half of them were received. When I contacted Amazon support, they confirmed that only part of my return was processed. Even though I had my receipt and provided the exact return location, they said they had no way to verify the missing items or investigate further. As a result, I was never refunded for everything I returned. Based on this experience, I highly suspect that items may be going missing at this location, which raises serious concerns about how returns are being handled. Management should take this seriously: improving monitoring and oversight of the return process could help prevent situations like this and protect customers. Please be cautious if you're considering using this location, the receipt alone may not be enough to protect you.

John had many options for sliding screen set ups, opening horizontally and vertically so that I could easily slide it open. I ended up choosing the horizontal style. John came to my house, on time, measured the window and as promised 2 weeks later came to install it--on time again. He even included a bar that I could use to prevent it from opening free of charge. The screen material itself is much tougher than the typical screen giving me peace of mind. I learned a lot about screens from him and his price was very reasonable. The office is responsive and scheduling was easy. Thank you!

I had all my questioned answered in a timely manner and they were patient as I was trying to schedule this around my dad's availability (we're on opposite sides of CA). Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

The best part is you don't even have to look like a model. when you go into their office you'll sit between a hipster and a guy with a starched shirt and a suit. They had me run around in a chicken suit for my last gig. I've had some great experiences and met some creative people with the Blackwell files - thanks guys!
