I recently moved to Charlotte and I researched many places before deciding on Evolve Medical Associates for my skin care/anti-aging needs. The entire staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I originally went in for a consultation for Botox and after discussing it with Dr Sudy decided he was the doctor I wanted doing it. I was more than impressed with the results and since it was my first time getting Botox with Dr Sudy, he scheduled a followup appt for 2 weeks after the initial injection just to ensure I was happy with my results. He doesn't try to sell or force unnecessary procedures on his patients and I like that in a doctor. Since then I have had regular Botox injections, Dysport, chemical peels and laser hair removal at Evolve and have been more than happy with the results. My esthetician is Kelly Wolff and she is friendly, patient answering all my questions and extremely knowledgable. I have recently switched from using Obagi skin care line, which I have used for many years, and am now using Evolve's line, which works the same as Obagi without the high prices. Evolve's prices for office procedures and products are very reasonable and they have fantastic specials every now and then, which I love! The office is very well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The Halo Laser skin treatments was one of the best things I've done for myself in 2021. I've had all kinds of skin problems and I was ready to reveal my dream skin after having had my two Halo laser treatments by Isabella. I have found Evolve Medical Associates to be the most professional and friendly office of its type. The decor is soothing and beautiful (nice when you're anticipating getting needles stuck in your face) and they offer complimentary water and snacks while you're waiting. I have never had to wait more than ten minutes, ever. And I think Dr. Sudy is the most informed, helpful, caring and competent doctor I have met for giving Botox and Restylane or Perlane injections. I have been to nurses or clinics and for the same price they give cursory and clinical service. Dr. Sudy actually takes time to assess how he can get you the most for your money. I mean, if I don't have to buy a second bottle of Perlane, great! He'll help you decide where the one bottle will do the most good. He never tries to push more on me than I am willing to spend. Just a suggestion, buy some Arnica gel (usually at health food stores) and put it on immediately after the injections. It really diminishes bruising and swelling. read more

As a hair stylist I am constantly in the eyes of others and must maintain my appearance. With the lines on my forehead and crows feet beginning to appear, I had to do something! After recently visiting the office, I now have a new favorite for treatments! The receptionist was very welcoming and the waiting area was bright and open. My review should be one taken very seriously. I have been seeing Dr. Sudy for about ten years now. Never have I left his office disappointed in any way with his staff or his procedures performed that day...that is because his work is perfection! Dr. Sudy is honest, knowledgable and compassionate...which is rare to find today. The entire staff at Evolve is wonderful! Trinity is amazing at the reception area. I have been going to Evolve Medical for the past several years for sclerotherapy following vein ablation and for IPL of age spots. The procedures for these conditions are always changing, updating and improving and Evolve stays at pace with these changes! The staff and owners are my favorite. Love Dr Sudy and his staff!!! I have been going to them for about 3 yrs now for facials, peels and botox and they are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and don't try to push other products/services. I feel their pricing is very fair as they would rather charge a reasonable price and get repeat business. I have been going to Dr. Sudy at Evolve for four years now. I have always had the very best service, the greatest results. His staff is always professional and very friendly. Dr. Sudy takes the time to listen and explain my options. He does everything he can to be gentle and to avoid causing pain. He is the best on fillers, always getting it even, which if you have ever had fillers you know that is not always the case. I've been going to Evolve for years to receive IPL treatments for my acne. I'm very insecure about my skin but Dr. Sudy and the Evolve staff are always so friendly and caring I always feel comfortable during my visits. The IPLs have really helped with my acne and the overall appearance of my skin. There is currently little sign of acne or past acne breakouts (no scars etc.) and today I actually had someone come up to me and comment on my flawless skin. I was so happy I thought I would cry! For my 52nd birthday I went in for a consultation with Dr Sudy. My main concerns were the "frown" lines between my eyes and the wrinkles around my lips. I am a former smoker of 29 years and have really dry skin. Needless to say the wrinkles were getting pretty deep. During the consultation, Dr Sudy was very thorough in making sure what I wanted the end results to be. Nothing plastic, natural and getting rid of the tired look is what we achieved with only a few injections of Dysport and some fillers around the lips. I am very pleased with the results.
