If the yoga studio was closed, it seemed unusual to have guests just sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying anything. It was an amazing workout and I felt so refreshed afterwards! The studio is lowly lit, good temperature and good vibes. Bring your own mat but they provide any needed additional materials. I like that she is a plastic surgeon and not just a PA or nurse who has gone to some training sessions to learn to inject fillers. Dr. Ashley is very direct and will tell you what you need (which is not always what you thought you wanted). I trust her expertise and have not been disappointed with the results. Yes, there is some pain but it's mostly just tiny pinches and it only lasts a few seconds. I try to schedule my appointments either late in the day or on my day off in case there is any swelling. You can return to work the following day without your coworkers noticing you had something done (they just think you look refreshed).
