I have been coming here for years, and there's nothing wrong with this location. The guest service is always good. They are not stingy with their portion size and if you ask for a tad more meat, they don't seem to have a problem with this. The food is always fresh and delicious. Clean dining room as well. Did I mention that a side of guacamole is FREE! Chipotle is much closer to my home, but I rarely go there because every little extra there is met with an upcharge. I have never left a yelp review I went into this location at about 11 o'clock today. There was two gorgeous ladies there. They were both so sweet. I didn't get their especially the one making my bowl and on the register the nicest/best customer service I've ever experienced. Everything I ordered was so good. "Pretty. Pretty. Pretty Good." Unfortunately every time I eat here I kinda wonder why I'm not at Chipotle. They're similar for sure but just not the same. Lot of meat substitutes now so that's a huge bonus. Feel they focus more on the veggies and greens here so a "healthier" option for sure. Jack in the Box, Panda Express, and Popeyes are adjacent so this is a welcome addition to the area. Store is usually dirty unfortunately. Lettuce or dirty napkins spread about the restaurant. I'm sure with Covid things have changed so that's for the better. Never an issue with finding a parking spot. The line once inside is generally empty or the wait isn't more than three minutes. Something always feels off at this location. Maybe it's atmosphere? It's not an unwelcoming vibe. Just like arriving to a party or store ten minutes to close. Regardless of the time of day. Hmmm. At least queso isn't extra here. Still that's not enough to win me over. read more

Tried this Qdoba after a year and still the absolute worst food possible. Steak was burnt in quesadilla, no steak in 3 of the 4 sections.

The employees here are great! Very friendly and outgoing. They are fast and the food is wonderful. I do like the new coke dispenser and the manager is very attentive. The employees will go out of their way to make sure you are treated right. The customers look like they are enjoying the food also and like to meet and socialize in this establishment. read more

Normally not a Qdoba fan. I would pick Chipotle over Qdoba usually, But I keep eating here every week. And it's really because the workers here are so freaking nice. I don't know if they brainwash them first or what but if you have a question, they have a smile and an answer. And they'll go above and beyond just to make you happy. How they lucked out on their hiring I do not know. We felt that we should review them because of their customer service. The restaurant is very clean, the workers are awesome, and the food is Qdoba. read more

Yup...it's a Qdoba. Sub-par "authentic" Mexican food for a low price. This location was fine, standard food which is hard to screw up considering it all comes out of a bag anyway. Staff was nice but we had to wait for them to make more of a few ingredients so that was annoying. read more

I think I found my new favorite qdoba! This location is smaller than the others and is set up a little bit weird but omg it's so yummy. Their employees were very nice, & explanatory of their newer stuff that I had no clue about. They hooked it up with lots of queso in my burrito bowl! I also got their new brisket for the meat in it. They also have this super good new like hamburger quest thing?! It is sooooo freaking gooood!! The only reason it wasn't given a 5 star was because the burrito assembly line area wasn't too clean. There was lettuce and what not everywhere. Other than that everything was delicious & awesome! read more

This is one of the dirtiest Qdoba I have been to. There was a foul smell coming from the soda fountain. Similar to a waste water treatment plant. I spoke to the woman behind counter to let her know. She replied with " yes I know the lines are dirty". If I am not mistaken the lines should be cleaned daily. I ordered a naked burrito with pico and the pico was slimy. The chips were stale. Second time to this location and second time they got the order wrong. First time was an online pre-order. Tonight we stopped in after soccer practice and the kids working the counter were so distracted they made the drunken chicken tacos as just chicken chunks with lettuce on top. This location has been here for a few years. It is a good alternative to Chipotle. I have never been a fan of Qdoba before but now I have really enjoyed their menu as of late. I got hooked on the smothered burritos! They have a large variety of queso. When Qdoba and chipotle were first starting to compete I chose Chipotle but now I am starting to choose Qdoba instead. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always enjoyed my time when I have gone in with friendly service. I have never been to many Qdobas but because of this location I would be willing to try other locations when I am out and about. I think that their meat is also better quality than Chipotle I rarely get gristle in my meat but I get gristle all the time at Chipotle. Also the guacamole at Qdoba is free we're Chipotle it's very expensive. However, I do appreciate Chipotle's focus on all natural ingredients where I am Not sure if Qdoba's focus or belief on those things. read more

I first submitted this complaint on-line on 3/12/18 - 9:29 am & resubmitted this complaint on-line 3/19/19 - 3:30 pm, never heard back from customer service. On Saturday, March 9th I placed an on-line order around 10:30 am for a 12:30 pm pick-up at your Qdoba 64th & Indiana, 14575 West 64th Ave Arvada, CO location. My order was an internet order, 14 plates serving 14 people on a TV production crew. When I showed up at 12:30 pm my order was not ready until 12:55 pm, 25 minutes later. When I got back to my TV crew with the food, I found that there was no silverware or napkins. For an order this size, I thought staff would include these items. I called the store manager (Carlos Last name???) asking why these items were not included and also mentioned that my order was 25 minutes late. The manger made excuses for my late order, told me it was my responsibility to take silverware and napkins, never ounce apologized for my late order and argued with me when I challenged him on his attitude. I promised to call his head office and he to challenge me to do so and continued to be belligerent. I finally ended the called frustrated! read more

Here's the thing. We love this place, but it IS inconsistent and the company seems to know it. The staff seems to change over quite frequently and the service can be excellent one time and haphazard the next. Compare this location to the one at 80th and Wadsworth; with longtime employees and consistently friendly, efficient service. That said, we still come back to this one about half the time we go to Qdoba and the food is nearly always fresh, hot, and tasty. If they could resolve the staffing issues and offer more consistency in their service at this location, it would be our favorite. read more

A painful visit, no chicken and my daughter had to wait so we paid with our order. We were not given our receipt so when we came back for it after every eat already it turned into an ordeal. Long story short they looked up the receipt asked for our Drivers license to match to our debt card etc. I felt more like a criminal. Absolutely horrible customer service. The team lead (or whoever it is that always wears a beanie and a large glass bead necklace) has been nothing but rude to us every single time we've gone in. I understand having a bad day, but this guy's attitude is intolerable time and time again. He didn't even finish asking what I wanted on my bowl when he moved onto the next, and he acted so bothered that I had to ask him for cheese. He should work in the back kitchen if he can't even pretend to be nice to customers. I will definitely not be back and will drive the extra mile out of my way to go to another location. read more

They may claim to be open till 10, but all chairs are up and all food is bagged and ready to be tossed at 9:10pm. Attitude of manager makes clear that employees need to leave early more important than actually staying open as advertised. read more

The staff need to turn up the temperature in here. Twice in the last month the AC has been blowing when it was close to freezing outside.
