    Impossible Bowl
    Sne G.

Needed a quick grab n go. Was looking for something fulfilling with veggie options. Was not disappointed. Ended up choosing the Impossible bowl - Filled with tempeh, rice, beans, veggies and lots of toppings to pick from. Wholesome, clean and definitely balanced meal. Needless to say the place is maintaining Covid restrictions and everyone is masked up !

Ordered Qdoba for delivery. The quesadilla and create your own bowl were really good, the cholulah hot & sweet chicken is my go-to. Never disappoints. Delivery was quick. I rated the restaurant a 4 because the chips were super salty!! So hard to eat them. The diablo queso was really yummy but the chips ruined it. Also, they barely gave us any chips. What's depicted in the picture is how it came... that was less than half of the bag.... What a waste of money... $7.30 for that....

This is supposed to be a chicken burrito but there were only 3 or 4 cubes and the rest was rice.

Never ordering from here again. Whenever you order burritos without being in-store they will stuff it with rice and veggies only. I literally had 3 small cubes of chicken as if they added it by mistake. I purposely unwrapped the burrito to satisfy my suspicions. Take a look at the pics. I will be writing corporate tomorrow! Order was placed on 10/6/20 at around 9:15pm! I would give zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

I'm more so of a Chiptole fan but decided to try out Qdoba since it's was on my way and my friends mentioned guac is free! As a vegetarian I had a veggie bowl w/ half lettuce/half brown rice with all the grilled veggies and sauces. It was OK, not as tasty as Chiptole in term of salsas and seasonings. I appreciated the social distancing operations inside the building - basically yelled out my order across 10 feet but atleast it was safe. hahahaha

Qdoba is one of those guilty pleasures that I am drawn to. It is consistent and for a good price you won't leave hungry. Perfect late night food too. I like the queso with chips to start. The chips are always fried just right and queso isn't runny. It has a little kick to it too. For dinner I had the chicken adobo salad with tortilla crust. I do not know what it is but I enjoy it. My wife can't stand Qdoba but I like it. Everyone has an opinion right! 4 stars for the win!

Pretty standard QDOBA. Good food and free guacamole and queso with any bowl or burrito. I always get the adobo chicken bowl, I like their chicken more than chipotle. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh, no complaints. And surprisingly I didn't spend any time in the bathroom after. (probably too much info but true Mexican food lovers understand the importance of this) Stop by, it's one of the more affordable restaurant choices on Washington I paid about $12 for a soda and bowl.

Barbacoa bowl with lettuce, queso, pico, hot salsa, drizzle of sour cream, dollop of guac (disappointing)
    Kristen G.

My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday. As a couple of the other yelpers mentioned, they do give you a tiny amount of guacamole and small portion of protein. I came here to compare prices and food quality with Chipotle. Chipotle totally won!!! At chipotle they aren't stingy with the meat or the queso or the guac or the sour cream! Damnnn qdoba...they have sour cream in a bin but they use the squeeze bottle of it so you get less if that too! I thought it was ranch at first. I'd prefer a spoonful thanks. And a dollop of guac? Chipotle gives you a heaping spoonful. Worth the extra charge there lol. And guess what? They're the same price at each place!!! But I was actually full at Chipotle. Was not full here. The barbacoa does have good flavor, but no reason for me to come back. Chipotle will get my business.

Always consistently good. I always get a steak quesadilla and a soda. Yum. I really need to try other things on the menu!

I think their menu selection is superior to Chipotle, but the price is a bit much for a small portion of their menu bowls. The restaurant seems clean. It would have been better if the restaurant has two receptacles, one for trash and the other for recyclables.

I do not eat Qdoba often but I ordered three different bowls the other night and was honestly impressed. The impossible bowl was so tasty that it tasted better than the meat bowls I ordered. Some Qdoba's places are not that great but this certain location is great.

Ordered sour cream and shredded cheese this looks like neither but curdled white stuff lightly stuck to some ingredients...

Concerned there is curdled sour cream in this bowl. Just received my order and was confused when there was no shredded cheese or sour cream as I ordered. I shrugged it off and mixed my bowl up to start eating and noticed remnance of some chunky cheese like stuff sprinkled lightly on top of some ingredients. Now I've ordered Qdoba a lot to me cold or melted shredded cheese does not become chunky and sour cream tends to always be liquid-like or creamy. Not eating it, got a refund but still this is concerning!

We ordered: Borracho Tacos (fish) $22 Esquites Gratinee (corn) $10 Truffle Ribeye Burrito $27 Black Chili Crunch Guacamole $14 The borracho tacos aka fish tacos were very small and disappointing. They are very overpriced for what we received. One small piece of fish per little taco shell. Flavor was ok. Are they worth $22? Absolutely not. We will not be reordering these. The Esquites Gratinee corn side dish was bigger than the guacamole portion and flavorful per my boyfriend. I don't eat corn so I didn't have any. My boyfriend really liked it. Said it's unique and 10/10. He would get this again. The truffle ribeye burrito is delicious. Though I didn't get any truffle flavor? If it was there, it's minimal. I didn't taste it at all. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and it's a good portion of meat. Tender and flavorful. No chewiness. Sauce on top is amazing. Rice and beans cooked perfect. Would order this again. It's worth it. Even without truffle flavor. Great portion size too. The black chili crunch guacamole is the star of the show. While it's a small portion, it's very flavorful. Love the garlic. Love the crunch. Fresh avocados. This is worth it. We would definitely order it again. Highly recommend the guac. Small but mighty haha.

That occasion had been a few years ago and had involved an insanely strong margarita, an experience that I would not want to relive. However, my friend suggested grabbing dinner there recently, and since it was a nice evening and their outdoor dining was right on the main thoroughfare of Washington Street, I agreed to at least go to enjoy their excellent people watching. I certainly vowed to skip the cocktails, but was willing to give their food another chance. We started with crisp, lightly-salty tortilla chips and a rich, bold salsa. I then ordered Vegetable Fajitas, which included green and red bell peppers, zucchini, and onions. The peppers had been sliced so thin that they were barely noticeable and made hardly any flavor impact. The sizzling platter was also about 85% onions, of which I was not a fan, so I sent back most of them in the end. The whole thing was also rather greasy. The flour tortillas were delicious and not artificial tasting like most. The DIY platter was also served with a side plate of refreshing sour cream, well-seasoned guacamole, sliced jalapenos, and fresh pico de gallo. I wished the portions of these condiments were larger, though, and the guacamole, in particular. The staff was so friendly, allowing us to linger at the table after we paid and even refilling our water during that time. They all provided service with a smile, which also helped ease any frustration a diner might have about the fact that they apply an automatic tip of 20% to the check for any party size. While I still had a decent experience at East LA, it was much better than I had remembered, and I would be willing to return.

Christ on a chopstick, I haven't seen an $8 sandwich since I was in grad school (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth)! We started with the Tamal Cubano, which was fantastically delicious, though the accompanying sauce wasn't hot at all. A shame, because it was well-flavored--just needed a lot more capsaicin. My Cubano was very well done, but barely had any pickle in it, which made me sad. I opted to add fries and wasn't sad about the small, thin ones I got (very McDonald's-shaped). However, the Pechuga de Pollo Adobada con Escabeche de Calabaza was a disappointment. The grilled chicken was drastically overcooked, probably because they used really lean breast meat. The accompanying Caribbean pumpkin was interesting, but too small. The other side of rice and beans was perfect, though--great bean texture and lots of savory flavor. With tax and tip included, our meal came out to $33. $33! You can't even get lunch for one person for that price at 90% of Manhattan restaurants south of Central Park. I could've cried with wonder at the bill. Time travel is real guys--at least financially. Just hop into El DeLorean and come to Chango.

The nopal was surprisingly delicious too, soft and well seasoned, and the chicken was much better than I expected. Only complaint was that the tortillas weren't as fresh as I was expecting.
