Qdoba is the best, especially their craft two meals. I think its such a great deal. its an even better deal when you have a frequent buyer card to earn points towards a free meal. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a chicken gumbo. The food was so filling and delicious. The service here was speedy. The one complaint I had was that the rice was undercooked because it was a bit chalky. We came here on a rest stop and the bathrooms were very clean. Thanks Qdoba! read more

Had not been for a while to a Qdoba so I stopped thru on a road trip. Now I remember why I haven't been in a while....fake Chipotle. Tasteless rice, bad beans, weird tortilla, salsas without flavour. Still not sure what it has that is actually better than Chipotle - perhaps someone can enlighten me?? But the place was nice enough and staff easy going. Dinged to 2 stars for actual food, back to 3 because there is nothing wrong with the store itself. But seriously, just find a Chipotle. read more

Outstanding staff! We came on a random friday night and we're treated with delight. Staff was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Retaurant is extremely clean and plenty of ample seating. The location is very nice and close to plenty of stores. Large parking lot. I suggest you try the nachos... my personal favorite with Habanero sauce and guacamole! The spicy queso is an outstanding touch. Would highly recommend this location and will definately return! read more

Went to the one in Washington Township MI this last weekend, ordered online. Couldn't get into the parking spaces for the curbside as bad people double parked so they could not see us to bring out our order and no one was checking so they let it sit on the counter until we got into the spot and turned our hazard lights on. Then as we went to eat the meal we found they had flip flopped all the ingredients on the respective burritos we ordered so no one got what they ordered... Finally learned that to Qdoba the fajita vegetable in a power bowl etc. is a whole raw green pepper. I swear fajita vegetables are red, yellow peppers,onions that are cooked until they are translucent. This was by far the worst food we have ordered during the pandemic and looks nothing at all like the pictures online. Money wasted. read more

One of the most awful places in town. Every time I come in the people working are extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The food is always a hit or miss, rarely consistent. On 3/17/17 we made in online order and paid and went to pick it 15 mins later (like it stated) and our meal had not even been started. No one was in line and employees were just hanging out, they stated they had just got it and then other customer came in and they put our order (that we've been waiting for 30 mins for at this point) aside and helped them. Jackson Qdoba has gone downhill a lot. The portions are 50% what they used to be, they no longer heat the tortilla, they stopped serving bacon and the prices are the same. The greedy owner probably told the employees to skimp on the ingredients, i won't be back after i cash in my 12,000 points. Chillangos burritos are 3 pounds versus your 1 pounders. Your greed is ugly, i hope you lose many customers. I complained on my last order and received a free meal to get back some of my loss but the burrito was tiny still! Never again!! read more

The food is great but the service is terrible. It is like playing the lotto on whether you can get the food you want from there or not. They close the doors and do online orders only, they're out of items, discontinued brisket twice due to supplier issues, kitchen fire, or closed. Last time I went there, it was 9:30pm and they closed at 10pm. I walked in and they were mopping. I heard one of them say they were closed so I mentioned thinking they were open until 10pm and another replied, it's almost 10pm. It was 9:30pm and they just didn't want to serve me. I asked for the manager and she said yep sorry need to leave so I said I'd let their employer know. I had 6-7 people staring at me and felt so uncomfortable. Lock the doors if your closed and don't be rude to customers. This was at the Jackson Michigan location. Im Hoping other locations have better customer service. I absolutely love their food. I'm always in the area and every time I've been in the service from monic the manager has been amazing. She always has a smile and makes sure everyone is taken care of. For the employees they are great to, but for other managers they seem to need more training. read more

Super slow service with zero hustle. During much of our visit the line was nearly out the door while the dining room was practically empty... in other words- it wasn't busy just crazy slow! We were in line at least 30 minutes and there was hardly a line when we arrived. The customers in front of us were all reasonable and polite so it was not the fault of any difficult customer. Staff was polite bur did not appologize for our wait- they didn't seem to even noticed When we sat down ALL of the tables were dirty and not one was wiped down (except ours which I wiped down myself) during our entire visit. Just a load of rice and beans with accidental pieces of meat (or other veggies if you going for a vegetarian option) with no flavor at all! That's like the opposite of Mexican cuisine. Came in with a friend for dinner... wow. Walking in the door you could hear this very loud woman barking at customers with choices, not explaining what anything is, and rushing everyone. I get up to place my order and a nice young lady starts my order, then comes the loud older heavier set lady... barking orders at me... really screaming basically. I had no idea what anything was, she wouldn't take the time to explain anything, just got louder and incredibly rude! She swore at the young girl, ripped something out of her hands... I was in shock! The place was filthy, trash laying everywhere, disgusting filthy drink station and wasn't even stocked well. Food was bland, and cold. I'll never return and I hope the owner reads this ! read more

I went to qdoba earlier today just to get a quick good meal and that was not the case AT ALL! first i walked in and wasn't even greeted was just said "What do you want" by a girl named Lisa(who made the food) was very impatient with us and even was yelling at the other employees to come up to the counter, this is not where it ends. A girl under the name Bri(who rang up the food) was very rude as well wouldn't speak and was constantly rolling her eyes. My mother was at the register area and asked bri if she can order a bag i've chips and cheese which didn't go well because bri rolled her eyes and didn't respond so we didn't get any. My mother and I left the store unhappy and I decided to go back in to pay for an order of chips and cheese cause that's all my little brother wanted(withought trying to start any conflict). I went up to the counter and asked to buy a bag of chips and cheese which Lisa commented saying "i would've got them for u if u didn't walk out" in a very rude tone of voice. I replied saying we tried to get some but she rolled her eyes at us(Bri). Lisa also told me that Bri needs PMS pills which made me feel very uncomfortable. After that Bri accidentally hit Lisa's arm which made Lisa drop the F bomb and call bri a B word even as a joke(which was loud enough for me and other employees to hear). Lisa ended up giving me the chips and cheese but not without her throwing them onto the counter(she gave them to me for free). I ended up going home which the food was pretty good just the rice was hard. I would appreciate if your employees maybe cared a little more about the image they portray themselves to be as workers for QDOBA and i hope nobody has to go through what i went through today. I am very disappointed because i always have great experiences there and i don't know if i will ever feel the same about this particular spot. Thank you for your time. read more

This location is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Maybe only 10% of the time when I visit do I have an acceptable (not above and beyond, just acceptable) experience. Another 10% of the time I have at least one issue, the remaining 80% there are multiple issues. One of the biggest it out of food. It's rare that I visit and I have all of the options to pick from, especially after 9pm. They should have all options available until 11, and I could even understand something running out shortly before, but it's ALMOST EVERY TIME. Staff is often rude and is rarely all seen wearing masks. Many like to let their nose poke out. The floor is ALWAYS dirty behind the counter, and around 10 or 10:15pm the hot food is often pulled out of the steam tables so they staff can begin to shut down, leaving the food at unsafe temperatures, not to mention cold. The staff is obviously more concerned with getting out of there at a decent time than ensuring a positive experience. Also, I'm not going in with high expectations or a critical eye, I just want BASIC service and am almost always met with disappointment. Often the "system" has been blamed for closing early or locking the front door an hour before closing saying "there's nothing they can do. They often leave the phone off the hook during this time as well so you can't call in to see if they are open or out of food. If a Chipotle opened in town tomorrow, I would gladly never set foot in this restaurant again. Unfortunately, it's the only similar restaurant that is open until 11pm in town. I have brought these issues up MULTIPLE times over the past year and still things are as disappointing as ever. Please do better. read more

Drove my family up to Jackson Qdoba store and while standing in line at 8pm to order was told by the employee that they are only taking on-line orders and are almost out of food. There were other customers in line in front of my family and some also sitting close enough to hear what the employee told us and shook their heads in disbelief and told us to ask to talk to the manager which I did to no avail. She refused to give us her name or serve us food unless we ordered it on line. The "nameless manager" was very rude and rolled her eyes at us laughing at us with her fellow teenage employees...one of which told us he wasn't even 18 yet and didn't care. I've never been treated so unprofessionally as a paying customer before. I took a picture of the "nameless manager" behind the counter and in the background there is trash and food all over the floor In close proximity to the food they claimed to be running out of 2 hours before closing time. read more

I go there about once a week. Very friendly staff. The lines are usually long when I've been there but they get people through quickly and you don't feel rushed. They answer questions if you don't know what you want. Would like to see more chicken on the quesadilla's though. Their fountain pop is great too. read more

I was very excited to see a Qdoba opening in Jackson, as I was driving to Ann Arbor or Lansing once a month just to get my Burrito fix. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a friendly young lady who warmed up my burrito, added the rice, meat and beans. She then handed me off to another person who my wife mistakenly called sir because her name was something that was unisex. Her head was bent and she had short hair, she was more focused on speed and didn't stop to listen to what we were saying. My wife tried to get her attention again and said "Sir" the second "Sir" got her attention and she was then yelled at and made to incompetent. The woman then threw away our burritos and refused to serve us. I REFUSE TO EVER GO TO THIS QDOBA AGAIN! BEWARE! read more

Customer service sucks for the most part. They rush you like there's no tomorrow and they are not the friendliest. **There is a man in there that was friendly and I've heard a woman helping a customer once and she was very nice. I have never experienced good customer service though.** We went in there Sunday. There was a woman and a man working. The woman took my order and the man took my husband's order. The man was very polite, asked us how we were. The woman on the other hand was not very friendly and rushed through my order. No smile, nothing. I asked her a question about one of the condiments and she just stared at me, barely nodding her head, so I asked again thinking maybe she didn't hear me, she was very short with me and answered. Whatever, I understand people have bad days but then an older man walked in and she helped him and was so polite asking him how he was, and telling him to have a nice night after the transaction. I don't know why she was rude with me. I don't think I am a rude person; I even asked my husband if I had "b face" or something haha I will probably be going to Chilango's from now on even if it is a little more out of the way when we are out shopping. It was 9:20pm, & closing time was at 11. When we walked in, the lady said they were out of steak, black beans, fajita vegetables, & pretty much everything that makes it worth going to qdoba. I asked if they were making more, & she said no because they were "about to close". So, I guess if you want to eat a meal at this qdoba, you have to go in at breakfast (wayyyy before they're "about to close"). i do not recommend going to this specific qdoba. i love the food at qdoba, but the service is terrible. my friend and i started to order, and the employee snapped at us because we didn't understand how to order. and then after we got out food, i had to stack my plates on top of each other and when i was walking to my table, i spilled my entire plate all over myself. the employees just stared at me like i was stupid, and only one person helped me and he didn't even work there! i will never be coming here again as long as these are the employees. read more

Usually I am a Chipotle fan because of the actual taste of individual products of theirs. However, this Qdoba is great. We were there to eat and were treated so wonderfully. I wish I got her name! We were there on Wednesday the 14th during lunch, she was a young African american woman. She was so friendly and explained everything to us and offered to give us samples. She even gave us recommendations on what to put with what for best taste. She suggested putting the queso sauce on the chicken because it goes great together. Note: there was no one behind us in line, so she was able to take her time with us and she did. The food was good and we definitely will be returning! Again, I wish I got her name. We ate dinner at Qdoba and were told by the staff that they were out of rice and it would be 3 minutes until a fresh batch was ready. To compensate us for our inconvenience we were awarded with free small drinks! My son ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla with pico de gallo that was bigger than his head and my wife and I ordered the knockout tacos which were delicious. This location was my favorite for a very long time. Unfortunately, the staff has made my experiences as of late less than desirable. I get up to the line last night and the young man stares at me blankly......after a strange moment of awkward silence, I spoke up and said would you like my order. He practically rolled his eyes and nodded. I gave him my order as we progressed through the line and I could feel how much he hated his job radiating off of him. I then get to the register where a woman who could barely crack a smile because she was too busy looking at her cell phone got me my side of chips for my three cheese nachos. I practically got just that, 3 chips. The bag was not even half full. I understand there are times where restaurants have to scale back due to rising costs, but I expect to get what I pay for especially since my entrée was nachos. I think some team training is definitely needed at this location. I'll stick with the Lansing location from here on out. read more

been going here regularly about 3 times a month for the past year. every time the food is great. tried just about everything on the menu and i prefer the grilled chicken over all else, plus its better for my waistline. not a fan of their pulled pork though. the brown rice addition is a pleasant change and so is the mango salad. service has always been friendly, clean, and the atmosphere with good background music selection all makes it very relaxing. wish they had more variety with the desserts.. the chocolate chip cookie and fudge brownies are delicious. read more
