This place should be close permanently. One of the worst staff. Always out of something. BAD ATTITUDE, RUDE and they take your order with there HEADPHONES on in both ears. UNPROFESSIONAL. SAVE YOURSELVES A TRIP

Keep in mind this is an airport plaza! The staff are typically pretty rude. The food is usually scarce on options. But when the on the off chance have the food it's really good. But 8 of 10 times they don't have what your looking for and the response is don't blame me I just work here. It's not a date it's just fast food eat it and keep it moving

C To The B.

I'm writing this review in the hopes that someone who can save this location will see it. Since Chipotle started food poisoning people, I switched over to Qdoba as my regular go-to joint back in 2015 and haven't turned back. I've been to many locations in the U.S. and I seek them out everywhere I travel. I have a vested interest in wanting Qdoba to do well. It really is a great option for people that are gf (not sure about celiacs, though) and people with no dietary restrictions alike (hello free guac AND queso!!). That said, I hate to see any location poorly representing the company. The location was weird and not a single JFK employee could figure out where this was located. Not a big deal for the Qdoba fanatic like me, but I presume most others would have just given up and gone somewhere else. I finally found my way and felt pretty uncomfortable with the sanitary conditions, but I'm a germ freak so I figured I was overreacting. Upon paying, I saw the dreaded "B" on the wall. Most of the people I know aren't bothered by that, but having worked nearly a decade in food service, I know that you have to have some pretty scary knocks against you to get anything other than an A. I went to the health dept. site thinking it would give me peace of mind with small things here and there, but was disgusted to find out not only why they got a B this time, but the history of bad health reports at this location. Needless to say, all the free guac and queso in the world didn't make up for the meal I ended up throwing away. I hope the powers that be start to pay closer attention to these types of locations and implement better quality control and food handling training before it hurts their brand.

I love Qdoba. The portions are always just enough. This Qdoba in particular was very clean and the service was fast.

Boy were the reviews here about this place way off the mark, and while I understand that there is nothing else around the area, it still doesn't warrant such high marks for an establishment that falls below the mark in my opinion. I ordered 5 different tacos and 3 sopes, For the tacos I ordered an al pastor, cecina, lengua, beef and chicken, while for the sopes, I ordered a beef, chicken and cecina. The tacos were all incredibly dry, and meat way too over cooked and tough for it to be enjoyable, I must have been chewing the rubbery meat here the entirety of the meal as opposed to actually enjoying the meal. The fact that there was no delectable guacamole on top of the tacos made them even more dry and less enjoyable. The only redeeming taco here was the chicken, which was season fairly well, and surprisingly a lot less dry and tough than I expected. The sopes were equally as bad, however the sour creme and the beans did help a bit with the dryness. in short you're better off with a taco truck, or my personal favorite around the area, bellas place restaurant

The parking lot serves all the businesses in this collection of businesses. The entrance is gorgeous with a big Dia de Los Muertos mural as you enter. The person greeting me is very friendly. The entire restaurant is very clean and has ample seating. I was seated while I waited for my friend. I ordered a red wine sangria. It had a good amount of fruit in it, was perfectly chilled, and not too sweet. We each ordered fajitas. I ordered shrimp. I was able to sub flour tortillas for corn. The portion was so big I had enough for another meal. Everything came out together, perfectly hot, with sides of salsa and seasoned sour cream. There were also sides of rice, black beans, and cotija cheese. My friend has a non alcoholic Mojito. I also had a tamarind Jarritos soda. We each ordered a sweet. My friend had churros. They came with three flavors of dipping sauce. I ordered the house made flan. The custard was great! The caramel was burnt. I feel the prices are very reasonable considering this is NYC, and the cost of food now a days. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely return to try more of their extensive amazing menu!

My partner ordered the battered chicken cutlet and guess what?? No seasoning at all! We took it home and made chicken parm. Extremely disappointed. We look forward to going out having a good time with food and drinks and this was horrible. Not our 1st time coming here but always want to give businesses a second chance. They failed. Margaritas you can't go wrong. Kudos to others that find their food exceptional and delicious. Margaritas were good. Can't go wrong there. Music was also good just hard to hear and communicate but that doesn't bother me. My opinion Have a great day

But I went there today with some family and was hoping to find a Mexican restaurant that's comfortable for eating on the property. It's a really small space, I think there were 4 to 6 tables, and somehow I didn't get that from looking at the yelp reviews. For the food alone, the place is at least worth 4 stars. The Guacamole here is better than at many, many places... freshly made, has enough salt, cilantro... I'm a guac snob, and I liked this. The chips are a typical fried tortilla, and they were good. 3 of us had Quesadillas, one with mushrooms, one with beef, and the other with shrimp. We all liked them. One of us got a burrito, which was pretty hefty, and they liked what they got. Same person got a slice of Tres Leches and a slice of cheesecake and loved them. Service was fine. The place is on a corner with plenty of street parking around (on a Saturday afternoon). It's not much to look at but I would return with a smaller group.
