Today, I ordered two burrito bowls for pickup! The employees were killing it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I heard the gentleman refilling the soda station near the door thank other customers on their way out. The guys on the grill were moving efficiently and communicating with each other well. They announced "hot pan" and "corner" in compliance with safety requirements. The women toward the end of the line at/the register were incredibly personable. Overall, management should be very proud of the team that was working today. read more

Upon walking in this establishment, two employees were sweeping the ground where a rug or something covered that area for a LONG time because it was filthy. Dust right in your face when walking in, ew. No hello just a "go ahead" from the girl that was sweeping. The supervisor or manager told the young man to wash his hands and help these customers which was us. This was a overall weird and awkward experience. I asked for the chicken protein bowl which includes DOUBLE chicken, DOUBLE grilled vegetables and all that jazz. Bro scraped up a few pieces of grilled onions/bell peppers...literally a few pieces. I asked if more would be made? He's like yea if you wanna wait 8 minutes. I said no thanks. He then tells me well it's a good amount.. well it sure ain't DOUBLE grilled vegetables that's for sure. I mean that was just not worth 12 something..come on. Fill it up. If you ask me, just go to chipotle. But there isn't any on base so you have to take a drive out, but hey that's worth it than this. What is with customer service nowadays haha it was just overall awkward. On top of that. Employees were cleaning with everything out in the open so of course dust particles and whatnot I'm sure were landing on the food. It wasn't good. The cilantro lime rice was gross. Extremely sour, probably old cause it looked like it..threw that away! Save yourselves and dine elsewhere. read more

My husband literally had to eat this over the kitchen sink. Didn't make it past a few bites because he said the taste wasn't worth the trouble. Honestly super disappointed because it wasn't cheap, and I was excited to see a Qdoba on post. The food is good, but I'm really tired of getting half scoops of protein. Paying double scoop price to get only one scoop worth of chicken is just sad and leaves the bowl seriously lacking. Started going to Chipotle more because they give real scoops, and now every time I occasionally come to Qdoba because it's convenient I am continually reminded why I don't come much anymore. Moved job locations and now this is one of the closest places to grab food. Been here once a week for about a month either getting breakfast or lunch. I'm overall pretty happy. I've never encountered an issue with anything being out of stock, they get through the lunch rush fairly quick, customer service has been good & the rewards through the app is a perk. Chips can be hit or miss (stale or like today I got bunch of tiny pieces like bottom of bag style leftovers). Still my new go-to. Staff seems muchhhh better than a year or two ago. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years. It used to be very good. The past year has seen a serious downgrade in quality and service. There are ALWAYS missing items on the service line. The amount of the items you do get is very small. The bowl is barely half full. There are flies around the food. The attitude of staff is very unwelcoming. I witnessed someone pick up a recipe card from the floor and place it on the prep table while they were making the pico de gallo. I called it out to the person making it and she had it removed from the space. Why should I, a customer, have to tell them about food prep and cleanliness? Save yourself and go elsewhere. Chipotle is excellent. For the owners, please don't bother responding, take the time to fix this place before you are visited by the department of health. read more

This place is really not bad, I actually think their very decent and at least they don't have E COLI issues like Chipotle. My husband and I LOVE Mexican food and since our choices on post are limited, we decided to give this place a chance since many of our Soldiers eat here frequently. Personally, their pollo quesadillas are pretty alright. Not the best in the world, but they are pretty filling. We come here more frequently for breakfast. One day my husband ordered a steak, egg, potato burrito with pico de gallo, guacamole, mild cheese sauce, and lettuce. He raved about it all day we came back the next day to try it! I LOVED it! Their steak (carne asada) is delicious. BUT the thing I found disappointing was that they normally DON'T serve asada in the morning. Which I found ludacris because my husband had it 3x and I once. The thing I feel this place lacks is consistency. When I asked about asada again last week the server looked at me like I was crazy for asking because she never seen them serve it in the morning. The man who I suspect to be the manager was like, "ugh, no we don't serve that in the AM". Which tells me they probably had too much steak from the previous day and they were just trying to get rid of it. Granted the food was still delicious, but it was very disappointing when we couldn't have it again. Don't know if we'll be coming back as often, but hey; the food isn't bad, they're just not consistent. Which is probably why they have terrible reviews. read more

They only had one person there serving the food and she was new. She gave me a cup of rice and half a cup of meat as you can see in the picture. When I mentioned this to the guy at the register he laughed. I then asked could they please add more because they usually fill it but when she did they tried to charge me double. A horrible dining OUT experience, yes i said OUT because we literally got kicked out for trying to dine-in, when asked why are they closing the dining facility 4 hours earlier than what their hours said the manager replied with " we are short on employee's". It has come to my attention that many times employees are just talking and joking around, also there is more than 3-4 employees every time i have visited. We coMe here all the time. This last one, the girl making my bowl looked like she had an attitude from the the beginning, the way she kept communicating the way she kept serving my food . The food is great when they have it. They are constantly out of basic things, most notably meat. I'd say nearly half the time they are out of steak. Other times it's taco shells, soft shell tacos, salad dressing. If dinner or lunch is coming up I don't understand why more food isn't prepped and ready? This QDOBA is horrible !!! I went to get some food since I didn't feel like making dinner. One of the servers was not wearing gloves and proceeded to check the temperatures of all the food. His technique of sanitizing the thermometer included a wet towel that he used every time before dipping the thermometer in the next product . Did I include he had his phone in his other gloveless hand the whole time . Lastly the cashier didn't have gloves and had the nerves to ask if she could touch my food without gloves . Would not recommend if you're trying to stay COVID and food poison free . read more

The food here is really good however, on oct 6th 2017 I went to the store at 8:50pm. They're supposed to stay open until 9:00pm since it's a Friday but the employees locked the door way before that. The owner of this store is probably losing more money and he doesn't even know it. read more

This is super convenient right by the gate and they're relatively fast so it's a doable lunch if you're running down from the office. The line is usually a little long if you go between 1130 and noon but after that it clears out. The food is always fresh and it's some of the best ice tea I've had this far north! read more

I come here for lunch during the work week and after today I'm done. I order the SAME thing every single day yet the price is always different. The first time my total was 6.72 and the next day it was 8 dollars and some change, when I asked them why the price went up they said it's always been 8 dollars so I said ok and figured it was a mistake the first day. The next day it was 6.42 again then Thursday back up to 8 dollars, I pointed it out again and they changed it to 6.42. Now today I go in and order the same exact thing as always and somehow it's 10.55??? So I asked why the price had changed and the cashier told me "that's just the price" and motioned me to pay without even explaining how or why it's more expensive when there was no change to their menu. There was a long line behind me so I didn't want to argue with them, I'm just fed up at this point. Absolutely terrible. Went in on a Saturday night at 6 pm and they were out of chicken, steak, pinto beans, black beans, and the hot queso, and the woman taking my order didn't lead with that. How are you gonna be missing your main proteins during dinner time and not tell anyone until after they've ordered? Some dude who works there kept jumping around acting a fool asking people what they want but acting like he also didn't know wtf he was doing...Not only that but I was in line for 25 minutes behind 4 people.. with 2 people on the line.
