Very inconvenient and unacceptable McDonald's. We will never go here again. As other reviews state, the restrooms require that you be buzzed in. So am employee must do this. But it seems near impossible to do, so three employees work at it. In this time, you are not getting your food order. One coffee and two "large" ice cream cones was $7. I like this McDonalds because they haven't completely gone off the deep end, refusing to serve people in the counter because they want customers to use the kiosks. I hate using those things because ordering at the counter takes half a minute, while it sometimes takes ten minutes to order from the kiosks because you may have made your choice but didn't add it to your cart and you discover you made the mistake after ytou get your order, so you have to go to the kiosk again. Uggh. Hate that. The only thing good about the kiosks is that you can tweak recipes. I got a Big mac with mayo thanks to the kiosk. Funny thing is when I ordered my fries to be saltier, they just threw in extra salt packages into our bag instead of actually salting our fries. That seemed either lazy or petty. I laugh because I started off with more stars fo this interview, but every time I remembered something about the kiosk, I deducted a star because of the annoyance to the point I'm giving it one star. read more

Used to appreciate having this McDonald's because they were actually competent but they have unfortunately become just as terrible as the other McDonald's locations in the area. I was planning to bring my mom home some ice cream but this female worker claims there is a specific amount they are allowed to fill the cups. This is the most unprofessional restaurants I've witnessed. Also smells of dead rats or sewage daily. I had a delivery for a customer. I waited 10 minutes just to get a staff to acknowledge me. They were cursing and arguing about how something "wasn't their job and pay grade." They said the order needed more time, even though it was sitting right there. 15 minutes later, I asked again and they gave it to me. I asked why it got cold for 15 minutes and the female manager and a female staff member completely lost it. Zero accountability. I notified McDonalds Corporation and they wrote a report for professionalism. Also filed a police report for the threats against me and a health safety report. Avoid at all cost. I ordered a large fry and it has taken 10+ minutes and I still haven't gotten the fry's yet

I was at the drive-through and got a greeting and then nothing! I waited several minutes and even called out two separate times - nothing! The drive-through next to me was empty too, so there's no excuse that he was busy with the other drive-through! I waited in line and went in. I spoke to a Manager, she simply belittled me by trying to humor me and apologize, but said that they can take my order inside! Heck no, does she really think McDonald's deserves my business now?!!! She's completely missing the point of me using a drive-through, apparently I have all the time in the world! What management lessons was this girl taught, or was she merely promoted because she could walk upright, no training necessary for your role!!! On another occasion, a different Manager took my order, even though that defeated my original purpose of using a drive-through, and didn't even attempt to charge me anything! The person at the first window wouldn't listen to my bf that the tap to pay on his card doesn't work, so they came back and said it declined twice, and even tho he asked to swipe the card instead they didn't listen. A few people in the parking lot were having an argument and she came out and asked if everything was good. She then let them know that it was not going to happen at her restaurant and they needed to take it elsewhere. She handled it confidently and clearly. Pulled up at 10:45pm and was told at the window that McDonald's was closing and they only had fries and crispys available.

Wth is on my burger? I don't think I should have to check my food for hair or mold or whatever this is. Hailey (blue shirt worker) is horrible in the 1st window with the cashier service. She cannot multi task of her life depended on it. She repeated my order back to me while letting the window close. Gave me the wrong total at the speaker and gave me a different price at the window. I sat at the 1st window with no cars in front of me for almost ten minutes. She didn't even open the window to take my money after letting 4 cars behind me order. I'm not sure if this is your way to be horribly inefficient or your work ethic just sucks. I really miss the high school kids who work here during the Summer. Horrible that the older humans have worse work ethic than teenagers So I returned 12/7/18 went about 830 at night.. thought it might be different service. Wow! This is normally a decent, if not better McDonald's but tonight was miserable in every respect. Since when does a McDonald's close the dining area at 7 pm?! Talk about stupidity this highway situated "restaurant, " and that is playing fast and loose with the term restaurant forces customers into a 30 or so minute wait to order, takes payment (cash because it is after all McDonald's, and then tries to serve lukewarm fries. Ok, fries first. Who wants to wait and wait and wait to get cold fires!? This McDonald's usually serves the best salted hot fries, which is why my wife and I tend to drive from Lakewood for McDonald's (ok, so after church it's convenient, too). So hand the ice fries back to age I suppose and receive hot, unsalted fries... well, they are safely closed and the line of cars too long to try again. It gets better. When we hand chicken sandwiches, we prefer Chick-filet. I ordered a fish sandwich, was looking forward to a messy yet tasty fish sandwich...wait for it: The fish became some abomination of what I presume was supposed to be chicken something or another sandwich. How does a staff so slow to serve mess up that badly....because they either don't care (after all they are safely within a building I cannot enter) or they simply struggle to read their machines.
