    Simple Chicken Sandwich Combo
    Rod S.

On our visit we were greeted at the door, order was taken promptly, and food came out hot. We had the Simple and fries. Sandwich was like no other chicken sandwich we have ever had and was delicious. Fries were amazing! Price is on par with other casual restaurants in the area but food was way above average.

    So cute!

First time ever in a Super Chix and did not know what to expect at all. My first impressions were great menu boards, cute and geesh a bit expensive for chicken sandwiches... It was difficult to order because it all sounded great, but the staff was very sweet and patient. It took a bit longer to get than typical fast food, but we soon learned that this was no ordinary fast food at all! Wow! Huge! Fresh! Crunchy! Delicious! where has this chicken sandwich been all my life? Right here at Super Chix! If you haven't wandered in yet do so quickly, you really don't know what you're missing!

This place has to be one of my Top 5 chicken sandwich spots! My husband and I decided to give this place a try while we were in the area and loved the options they have on the menu. We both got the Bacavo Ranch sandwiches and shared loaded fries. My husband also got some Nashville hot tenders and he always has to get a shake so he also got a Reese's cold fusion. Our food came out within 5-10 minutes. There was a little hiccup with our fries (they accidentally brought regular fries when we asked for loaded) but they were quick about fixing it and bringing us everything. The food was so good and well seasoned. The chicken was huge, juicy, and tender. Also, we loved that they have a self sauce pumping station to get different sauces of your choice. The staff were all very friendly and go around often to ask how the food is and to help clear trash from your table. Would love to come back here again to try the other options they have!

A Culinary Adventure at Super Chix: A Cautionary Tale Fresh off the slicing table from my umpteenth surgery (14, but who's counting?), I found myself in a predicament: laid up, Thursday night football, chickenless, and craving something to distract me from my ninja-style escapades around the house. With my go-to wing spot, Ikonic Wings, temporarily closed, I turned to Super Chix, hoping for a delightful diversion. I'm ALWAYS DOWN for a New Adventure on the Taste Buds! Spoiler alert: it was anything but... First, the app. Oh, the app! It was as dysfunctional as my post-surgery attempts at Ninja stealth. After signing up for a rewards account six times (cuz I knew I'd get hella rewards on the money we were gonna spend), and still being asked to create a new account on checkout, I finally managed to order as a guest. Earning ZERO REWARDS for a $70+ order later, I was left with a meal that made the whole family sick. Not exactly the reward I was hoping for. My husband, ever the trooper, returned for a second pick up, as he was picking up the order. He described his experience as a silent film--no greetings, no directions, just awkward stares as he navigated the store like a lost tourist. When he finally found the secret corner for pickups, he was met with more silence and a vague gesture towards our order. Back home, we discovered that none of the food was labeled. It was like a culinary mystery game, except the prize was mushy, oil-soaked disappointment. The chicken sandwiches and fries had to be semi revived in the air fryer, but even that couldn't save the pickles. The fried pickles were so greasy they could have doubled as a slip 'n slide. A call to the manager revealed that labeling isn't part of their process. This is concerning, especially for those with food allergies. Not knowing what's in each container is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My mother, who flew in to help post-surgery, was left unimpressed and starving with the rest of us. In the end, Super Chix offered to remake some items, a third time but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths AGAIN! Literally and figuratively. So that was a hard pass! My husband's final interaction summed it up: "I'm not sure what sandwich that is, but here are the toppings for your soggy fries." That the first time around was a mystery container passed around so everyone could try it, and guess what it was?! Oh and He almost got T-boned in the parking lot trying to return home and be done with the disgrace of this establishment. So, if you're considering a visit to Super Chix, be prepared for a journey of unsanitary, unlabeled, and uninspiring food. My advice? Save your money and your stomach. This is one establishment I cannot recommend. If you're in need of wings or, or "crispy" chicken to top an exhilarating night of smallest and full bellies off, stick with ikonic wings

Better than expected! If you live in Lacey, you know that we're short on unique dining options. Super Chix doesn't try to be everything to everyone. But if you like made to order chicken sandwiches and/or salads, Super Chix is definitely one of the best spots around. I had the bacon and avocado fried chicken sandwich and loaded fries and was very satisfied with the quality of the food. I like that they have a "sauce bar" so you can try the various sauces they have for their tenders. I ended up dipping my fries in the slightly spicy/sweet Korean bbq sauce and it was the perfect complement to the cheesy fries. The chicken breading was crunchy, seasoned perfectly and hot and juicy tender was a nice contrast to most other chicken sandwiches at fast casual dining spots.

It is a little hard to believe that after ordering and given a number for the table that we were forgotten about. We walked in and placed an order for two chicken sandwiches, order of fries and some fried pickles. The cashier said the order would be up shortly, they will bring it out. We took the waters and the number for the order / table , took a table by the window and waited. About 35 mins later we were still waiting. I noticed that the people that were in line with us got their food I waited for a bit and asked the employee taking food to the tables,he came back 2 mins and apologize that they misplaced our ticket and the food will be out in ten minutes. We did get our food and it was freshly made and still hot. The food was good , tho fries were a little over seasoned. I did see that the have frozen custard freshly made. That looks goo that looks good. Maybe next time. Even though we had this mishap, I most likely will be back.

Way too salty as you can see

The chicken had no flavor and the fries were super salty. I also tried using my free fry promo and it wasn't going through. The cashier could care less about anything.

    Free sauce bar!!!!!

I went inside to place an order. Although initially vacant at first, the space was quickly occupied by following customers lining up after my arrival. One of the employees appeared to be taking out the trash while the other greeted me and helped me with my order when I arrived. There were various options for ordering, but I decided to go with the nori wrap. You can select a customized option or go with one of their premade choices, which lists all the ingredients inside. I was feeling seafood so I went with the Seahawk. The employee asked me if I wanted everything with it, and I asked to just sub one of the sauces with the Chipotle sauce. The portions are definitely huge and worth the pricing, because she had to double wrap my order just so it would all fit and wouldn't fall out. To pair with the nori wrap, I also ordered the original miso soup, which comes with the usual tofu and seaweed but is on the sweeter side compared to what I'm used to. I personally like it sweeter but if you don't, I probably wouldn't order it. I don't often crave healthy food, but it was fairly filling and I had a good experience, so I'll be back to try out MiSo again!

Then I saw their TikTok last night, and let me tell you, that video had me craving it instantly. The scrumptiousness was living rent free in my brain all night, so today my son and I had to stop in and see what the hype was about. We ordered the Sour Diesel, the Fire, and the Afgoo, all on their toasted jalapeño cheese bread. First of all, the female employee who helped us was so friendly and welcoming. We do not eat out much, so we were genuinely excited and maybe a little impatient to try them. When they handed us the sandwiches, I immediately noticed how heavy they were. And the smell in the car on the way home, oh my goodness. Pure torture waiting to unwrap them. Then we got home and opened them up, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. There was actually a MEAL on that bread. Not one of those sad sandwiches that's 80 percent lettuce and air. These were loaded. My teenage son even commented on how good his was, and trust me, teen approval is not handed out lightly. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and each sandwich was totally unique and delicious. I can confidently say I have found a new favorite sub spot. Total hidden gem if you love a good sandwich that actually fills you up and tastes incredible. I did not grab a shake this time because it was freezing outside, but after seeing all the flavor options on the menu, I will absolutely be trying one next visit. Highly recommend in every aspect. I love when you try somewhere new and it completely exceeds expectations. This one is a must try.

Food: perfectly crisp edges, melted cheese and grilled onions with burger sauce on a soft but sturdy bun. The burgers were very good. I would suggest a bigger shake of salt & pepper, but the taste of being smashed onto sliced onions gave them a delicious flavor. The menu is a bit unusual with an eclectic selection of foods, including Birria and chicken tacos, Korean bulgogi, shawarma, variations of fries, shakes, lemonades, Mexican corn, egg rolls and more. Too much for my choices but the smash burgers are reason enough to come here. We had water with our meal because a soda was nearly $5! Service: order and pay at the counter and your food is delivered as soon as it's prepared. The family staff provides efficient, friendly service. Ambiance: nothing to write home about, but there are plenty of tables to dine in the restaurant. The TV was playing a movie that nobody seemed to be watching. The sodas are also cans not fountain which was labeled as permanently out of service. Overall, the place honestly had a weird vibe. My sister in law warned me not to go because I'd be disappointed- she had been to the restaurant for business and saw how filthy the kitchen was. But when I visited it looked clean and airy, so I didn't let her words deter me from my curiosity. We came on a Sunday and this place had almost no one in it. That was the first sign. Since I love Taco Bell taco supremes, I got the Taco Time equivalent. It was dry. It reminded me of the ones Jack in the box serves where they fry the shell with the meat so that it's a hard, yet oil sopping mess. Taco Time's presentation was better, but that meat... at least Taco Bell's tacos are greasy but well seasoned. What I did like was the tater tots. Crispy, fresh, and plentiful, I'd come back to this place just for the tots. I also liked how the ketchup isn't in squeezy packs, but are packed in a dip sauce container so it's easy to sauce. Those two things earned the place another star. Was there anything else I liked? The parking was plentiful, but that also says something about the place, doesn't it.

I'm a sucker for a good chilaquiles, and i love me some birria. So seeing the two combined, I pretty much stopped reading the menu there. And man did it live up to my expectations. Great flavor, really delicious. My wife had the dragon fruit pancakes, she loved it. our granddaughter had the classic breakfast burrito with grilled chicken. I ended up finishing it off for her since it was much larger than she could eat. The chicken had a great flavor, really excellent breakfast burrito. So overall pretty much all of the food we tried was very good, no complaints at all. Now, let's talk about the part that took a couple stars off this one. We were literally the only people in there at the time. The rest of the place was empty. It took almost half an hour to get our drinks and get our order taken. Then it took another half an hour for that food to come out. And when the food did come out, only mine and my wife's arrived. our granddaughter's food was still being made. I understand that part of the order came out of the back kitchen, and then the breakfast burrito came out of the "taco truck" kitchen. That's fine, I get the concept. But if you can't coordinate the communication between the two kitchens so that food arrives at the same time, there's a serious problem. And the fact that it was the child's food that did not arrive was a bigger problem. The children's food should NEVER arrive last. I watched the staff stand there watching World Cup Soccer for a good twenty minutes while ignoring us as we waited for our food, so that was part of the problem. But the communication between the two kitchens is completely broken. The front kitchen did not start making the breakfast burrito until the two dishes that came out of the back kitchen had already arrived. So while our dishes made it to the table, they were cold by the time our granddaughter's burrito arrived, because it would be very rude to eat in front of her so we waited for her food before we started eating. Great flavor does not fix completely broken systems. This place needs to fix the communication issue between the front kitchen and the back kitchen so that orders arrive together and nobody is waiting on their food while others already have theirs.
