The impossible burger is the best kept secret at Burger King. I have recently decided to no longer eat meat. The impossible burger was recommended by a co-worker and I must say. It was so delicious. Oh goodness this place needs some work. First know that when you go through the drive thru you are stuck. You cannot turn around or get out of it the way they have it set up. We visited on a weekend and they had a car order and then pull up and get their order before taking the next car's order. It was a mess and each order took a good five+ minutes. We sat in line for close to thirty minutes without being able to get out. I've noticed a lot of reviews on here were 1 stars and I'm confused as to why! This Burger King establishment gets orders out in a timely manner and is very efficient when it comes to ordering in the drive thru. Of course, with any fast food establishment, during breakfast, lunch, and dinner is when they get hit the heaviest. Times are expected to be somewhat lengthier due to having to cook food. You wouldn't want something cold that's been sitting there now would you? All in all, this is an excellent establishment. I go here almost everyday and don't have any complaints. The food is fresh and delectable! I would also recommend you to download the BK App from the Apple Store. If I show up with a coupon for 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers and I say, is there any way to make those one double cheeseburger and 1 double whopper, and in essence, you would have had 1 whopper, 1 double whopper, 1 cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger, it's not f****** rocket science, my guy. They close shop whenever they want. I specifically called to ask at what time they closed, they said 7pm, drove all the way there and arrived 6:30pm just to find all accesses, even the drive thru, blocked by orange cones. They were all just chillin in the kitchen. read more

Slowest drive through ever! And make sure you always check your order before you drive away. They never get it right and will always leave something out. Oh but they never mess it up in your benefit, which makes it all a bit strange. read more

While I doubt anyone will care, here is what I received at the North Fort mini mall location. Look at my photo for what a Spicy Tendercrisp Sandwich with EXTRA tomato is NOT supposed to look like. The tomato has a bite out of it, which is on the opposite end of where I tried to take a bite, the patty is so hard and burnt it's inedible and seven small pieces of lettuce. How are they allowed to serve Soldiers this crap and get away with it? read more

So this drive threw is only one lane so you can not get out once you get in it so ur stuck. I order my food go to pay/pick up I didn't know the chicken fry's came in different amounts they never asked me when I ordered it so I get to the checkout and they gave me the biggest they could which my two-year-old will not eating nine of them then I get home to realize after ordering extra/heavy onions on my burger they didn't put any onion on it the onion issue they've done multiple times I asked them about it they said the buttons are small I pregnant but wants my extra onions read more

Beware, this place will steal from you. I ordered and paid for several items in addition to a combo. They didn't give me anything but the combo sandwich and a meager, half filled cup of "large fries." Oh and a huge quantity of napkins to apparently bulk out the bag. I tried calling on my way back to a slammed day at work but they just left me on hold. I went back the next day and they said the only remedy is to call immediately after this happens. I told them that surely somebody would remember having a bunch of extra food sitting on the counter, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The lady really oddly said, "yes, but you have to call." Does this mean they remember not giving me my food and even though I listed off the items they didn't give me they chose to, what, eat it on my dime and cash in on the calling policy? Meanwhile they don't answer their phone. These people are criminals and should be put in jail. This is obviously a racket. read more

Drive through at any time of the day is horrible. Came to pay at the first window and the female was scratching her breast and stuck her hand out for my payment. I left because that is utterly disgusting and unsanitary. This is unprofessional. She was the Caucasian a bit overweight female with glasses. This Burger King is probably the worst Burger King I have ever had the displeasure to dine at. The majority of the staff doesn't speak English, and the ones who do have no common sense or respect for the customers. The service is never quick or timely and it's always a hassle trying to place it receive my order. I'd love to not have to go here anymore and never step foot inside the horrid establishment again, but my kids like Burger King so I guess I will have to deal with a 1 Star fast food joint until I move. read more

Do not get excited, this is still Burger King. The order came out as paid for. The chicken sandwich was hot and the fries were fresh. Drink selection was pretty extensive. I ate inside of the restaurant because the drive thru was ten cars deep. read more

Sadly its the only burger place really on base. My family's been based here for the last 4 years and out of that four years they've probably got my order correct two times. I called the manager about my problem and she didn't really seem to care, which probably explains why this Burger King is the worst Burger King I've ever been to.
