I am literally sitting in the parking lot baffled because I just went in with my boyfriend to get dinner and ordered a bowl and the bowl is barely even half full. I am in shock that I had to pay full price for this! the girl was nice but I mean come on, how is this acceptable?? I ordered my items on line, but still had the intentions of eating inside which I did. This was my first time coming here instead of to the one downtown. The restaurant was clean outside and inside. I had to walk here so it was a good break in the middle of my walk. Today 4/3/25, was National burrito day. So if you purchased an entrée plus a drink, you got a basic burrito or bowl free! For my bought entree, I ended up getting three pulled pork tacos with the green salsa and queso cotija. For my free burrito, I got the Quesabirria burrito. I only paid approx $2 more as the free burrito value is up to $11.95. Both items were really good! I try to hit up a Qdoba almost every time I come out this way because they are only in remote or college campus areas in California, so impossible to get to. I ended up getting a lemonade on the first drink, then on my refills I did Coke, then a Dr Pepper before I left. This was a good visit. Easy to find at the Gateway Mall here in Lincoln. Enter from the outside off of O Street. I will be back here again! Come give them a try. The workers here were all nice!!! read more

The food was good but the lady by the name of, Kai, was not service friendly and seemed annoyed that she had to prepare my order. I had sent a message for work on my phone prior to ordering, thinking the people in front of me were not done ordering, and looked up to her staring at me, not having said one word. Not a "Hi, how can I help you" or a "Hello, what would you like today?" or some other friendly gesture to notify me that I was next in line. Of course I felt bad and we proceeded to start my order all while she continued to uncomfortably look at me and seemed annoyed. When I asked for a bag of chips soon after, she had poured the chips into the bag and barely set it in hand reach from me, more towards her side of the counter. Which I felt was unnecessary. Maybe set it more towards the front of the counter (customer side)? Other than that, the food was good. But service like that, discourages me from coming back. read more

I came here with my husand for a dinner date. I wish we had tried sooner! If you haven't been to Lincoln's Pub, you need to drop everything and go. A little on the pricey side for drinks, but it was money well spent. Drinks: Basil Kiwi mojitos..dangerously good. Our meal: Appetizer: spinach artichoke dip. ( literally the Best I've ever had. Real, HUGE chunks of artichoke , bread and chips. Our dip was finished before the chips which never happens. ) Main course: -crab rangoon pizza (chili sauce is so good!) -bone in wings: garlic ranch and maple chipotle Dessert: - flan (unfortunately our flan was overcooked and burnt. But, the manager made it right, right away.) -churros(still warm, too!) with ice cream Easily my new favorite restaurant in Lincoln. read more

Staff was a disaster. There were only 2 people behind me and 2 door dash drivers waiting for pickup. They were scrambling and I had to ask for a bag and a lid to go and then the combo instead of it getting rang up as a regular. They need to figure out some sort of line system with their staff. Great location. The manager who usually works evenings is super nice and personable. I've stood in lines 7 deep and still in and out within 10-12 mins. Also their queso for the month, bacon and hamburger is a yummy take on the tailgating cheesey dip classic. read more

The manager with the tattoos is a bitch!!!! Totally rude!!!! She shouldn't be a manager if she can't listen to the customers and what they are trying to tell her!!! I got the chicken protein bowl and I wanted to add corn and normally I don't get charged for wanting extra stuff and if they do charge me they don't mention it I don't care either way. The female manager was saying that anything extra will be an additional charge and I said oh okay thats fine normally I don't get charged so that's fine if you need to charge me go ahead im just trying to let you know that you say something to your employees instead of catching an attitude with the wrong customer..im in customer service and how she spoke to me today made me want to forget about the food and walk out. So disrespectful!!! I said "are you going to listen to me? Whats your problem?" Never coming back to this location. The sweet male manager who is always there gave me a free entree card for next time. The staff is always super sweet!!! Minus the female manager with the tattoos, she should NOT be a manager if she can't listen to people. What I love about Qdoba is the fresh ingredients and fresh made guac. The chicken and steak is not over seasoned and the queso is awesome. Get a naked burrito bowl and ask for 3 extra soft she'll tacos and you can make your own tacos. Usually it's enough to share if both are not starving. They have fantastic catering options like the 20 person naked burrito bar. This is one of my favorite under $10 places for lunch. read more

Love Qdoba and the food. The employees here are always very friendly, and fast, food is excellent for what is essentially fast-food, and price is very reasonable. My favorite thing to order is the Craft 2 with a naked burrito and quesadilla, but all of their food is good. Lunch hour here can be VERY busy, if you're going for lunch during the week avoid arriving between 12-12:45, or make sure you're ready to wait in line. The rewards program is excellent as well, and you get double credit for orders on Tuesday, so getting free food is fast! They also have specials on their Web site rather frequently, so if you sign up for email updates you will hear about those specials, which often include FREE entrees. read more

This isn't just another QDOBA restaurant, the staff is phenomenal. I'm nearly 8 months pregnant and I ordered a meal not realizing it had unpasteurized cheese. The meal was made and as I went to pay and the manager insisted she make me a new entree. The manager recreated my meal and boxed up the other asking if I could give it a friend, completely free of charge. I took it home to my husband: both meals were great. Customer service seems hard to come by anymore. They do go above and beyond. Even at following visits I've received exception customer service.
