Bad experience. I went in at dinnertime - had received a coupon and wanted to try it. There were just two people working. Long line...moving VERY slowly. It took my tacos over 10 minutes to get from the plating to the cashier. They were iced-cold by then. No smiles or welcomes from the two workers, only, "We have no tomatoes", and "For here or to go?" The cashier didn't know how to implement the coupon offer. And still...no "Thank you." Would never go back. read more

Since Morristown's Mexican food options are slim pickings, I was happy to see Qdoba come to town. Really love the grilled steak and pulled pork....chicken pretty good too! I have yet to have a negative experience here. The tacos are good, the burritos are good, the quesadilla look good (too many calories for my taste), and tortilla soup is solid. I do wish they gave you chips with your meal like Titos does but its worth the extra money. The chips with queso dip are my absolute favorite. Came here after interning at a physical therapy place nearby, my friend and I had never had Qdoba before and always thought Chipotle was the way to go but woah were we fooled. Came into the restaurant, kind of looked like a more upbeat Moes without the whole Welcome to Moe's! because you're in a Qdoba okay and they don't say that. Similar to the other chain restaurants with a line option and pick want you want. I picked a bowl and as a recent vegetarian/vegan ended up getting their vegetarian options with beans and their veggies with the brown rice. I did not get their famous quest but my friend said that was the bomb. We ended eating by the fountain and their veggies are just waaay more seasoned then the ones at Chipotle, from that alone, it elevated the bowl already. They offer some avocado and the combination of rice, crisp lettuce, fresh corn, beans and a new experience of something such as a red pepper or a well seasoned grilled onion, come on now. If you haven't tried Qdoba and you think Chipotle is the best. Come try it and then think again. I'll definitely come back here, good service, great food. read more

I love qdoba but the one in Morristown is always a disappointment. I don't know why I keep going back. Nothing is made correctly or with care. Ingredients are haphazardly thrown on top of each other either too much or too little. Management please help this spot! read more

I've only ever had Burritos, but when I'm really hungry, this is a good spot to stop. I've not experienced any of the bad customer service issues during lunch hours, but would agree that this is a spot for a quick bite, rather than a must see or a good date. read more

Food is good just like any Qdoba, but the service is the worst I have ever seen. I go here often just cause it's convenient, and almost every time there's no one behind the counter, and after a minute someone appears and says they'll be with me in a minute. Always out of fajita veggies, and half of the staff doesn't know which sauce is which. The staff has consistently been bad for the past 6 months. Go to another Qdoba if you can. read more

I love burritos and qdoba is my favorite place to get them. But this qdoba is a major disappointment. it is the worst one i have EVER been to. First, they can't wrap a burrito for their life. Second, they judged our orders, as if what we got was disgusting. The guac is almost always brown and the rice tasted expired and hard. They are usually out of ingredients, and the staff and employees are rude and disrespectful. if i could, this particular qdoba would get ZERO stars and i hope to see an improvement soon or they will lose their best customer. Worst qdoba ever! My boyfriend came home with a salad, it had NO LETTUCE! What is a salad with no lettuce! And No dressing when he specifically asked for it on the side, she gave him Salsa. Qdoba was a new Mexican place ive been wanting to try for a while, otherwise im always at Chipotle, so I decided to try this one in Morristown. I got a chicken burrito, with all the sauces. It was a good burrito, but it seemed to be lacking flavor, the Mexican essence that chipotle offers. Another flaw was the restaurant itself, it was very small and confined, maybe 30 people can fit it their. Might be a while before i go back there, for now im gonna stick to Chipotle. read more

I have ordered take-out via their website twice. The first time was on Cinco de Mayo and attribute the hour plus wait to the demand of that day. That being said, I gave them a second chance and put through an order on-line for 8 items and two were wrong - instead of a quesadilla, we were given burrito and a burrito bowl came with no chicken. We got there when they first opened. The guacamole was alomst black color probably from yesterday. Some of the meat was old & dry looking also from yesterday. The employees had an attitude & they made it look like they were doing us a favor & they weren't even ready to serve. I should have known not to eat here when I walked in last night. There was no customers inside, the one employee inside was on his phone, and most of the restaurant was dirty, tables and all. I still ordered anyway. My burrito was pretty good, made to order, but when I went to get a drink from the machine, the entire thing was empty. The employee then offered me a bottled soda from their cabinet instead, which was almost empty as well. For some reason, I still didn't think too much of it at the time, but it was still a little bit of a let down. After I was done eating, I grabbed some chips and queso to go, which was good. My only problem with the food was the gastric distress that it caused me afterwards, which has not happened to me at any other Qdoba location that I have been to, and I love Qdoba. This is sad because I was looking forward to going to this location at least a couple of more times before I left this area of town, but I don't think I'll be coming back if these are the things that I'm gonna encounter again. read more

Best qdoba I've been to in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave out great portions to my burrito and burrito bowls. Everything was fresh and delicious. They even have sour cream in a squirt bottle to evenly spread it in the burrito. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

the services is extremely slow! For a free burrito, they give you so little toppings.She you can ask for me but then you pay extra, which is obscene for what you are already paying. For fast food, the food is not bad. But at those prices i want to taste the toppings. Also, if you order chips and salsa, the size of salsa they give is enough for about three chips. This is the worst Qdoba location I've ever been to (and I've been to many.) Still I've returned to this Morristown location because it's nearby and I love Qdoba food. However I've never had a good experience here. One time I was ordering nachos to go. The woman started making the bowl with the chicken, quest, toppings, etc without the chips. I figured she would put them in a separate bag at the end but she didn't. When I asked her for the chips, she said they were extra....what? I explained I ordered nachos and that typically includes chips. She stared at me blankly for a good 30 seconds, I don't know if she was high or actually didn't know the contents of nachos. The next time I was at this location, I was in a rush and Qdoba is the fastest 'restaurant' near the Morristown green. My friend and I stood at the counter for at least 3 mins, looking into the kitchen area yelling "hello?" We heard people back there and yet it wasn't until we were walking to the door to leave that one of the employees came in and asked if we had been served. Irritated, we answered no and unfortunately it was still our quickest option so we ended up ordering with her. This Qdoba has horrible staff that need to be properly trained or replaced ASAP.
