If there was a rating option less than 1 star, even that would be high. Horrible, horrible, horrible and unacceptable service. The individuals preparing the orders do not look up, do not acknowledge the customer, and certainly have no interest in taking an order. I've never experienced anything like this in any fast food restaurant. The male employee who should have been taking the order, never looked up, never spoke a word to say "I'll be right with you", but continued to prepare to go orders. His two co-workers (female) stood and talked to each other, while a young girl waited at the register for an unacceptable amount of time. One of the women chatting had a clear vision of the young girl standing there waiting, but never stopped talking to tell her co-worker. Just totally unbelievable and unacceptable. After standing and waiting for some time to place our order, and coming to the conclusion there was no interest in taking our order, we left. This was the second visit to this location (last year) where we experienced this very same type of customer service - none. We gave it one more opportunity today but never again. You need to seriously address this directly with the employees at the location - they should be trained on customer service or fired. Your replies here with other negative reviews mean nothing since it seems to continue to occur. I'm not interested in a free meal or an excuse. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible service, I've been coming to this location for years and I get the same thing over time and the food is amazing but the customer service here that the staff presents is awful. There will be times where the line is so long and instead of helping customers right away, all staff members will work on a long list of Doordash orders before helping guest and will not communicate by simply saying "I will be with you in a just a minute," instead they will simply ignore you for several minutes before speaking to you. Staff is rude as for example Qdoba staff members will like to chat with their coworkers and joke around while the customer is giving out there order which results in missed toppings and incorrect order items; and will also make fun of guests right in front of them. Another last and final remark is that the bathrooms at this location look very unhygienic and has the same odor each time with unstocked toiletry, urine on the seats, unswept and un-mopped floor and I assume that they only clean a dirty rag and water for all that I know. read more

As much as I love Qdoba, I will go out of my way to avoid this location. The food is the same across the locations, and it is the only reason why I am giving this two stars. It's the customer service that is just terrible. I've given this location a few chances and each time I am left disappointed. Every time I am treated like I am a nuisance for daring to come in and order food. I did something crazy and turned down the salsa when asked to pick one for my burrito and the employee rolled his eyes and huffed at me. Why? All because I didn't want salsa? Ok...I didn't realize that was so offensive. My final trip was when I was ordering for me and my husband. Ordered the 3 cheese nachos for my husband who wanted the queso on the side. Since I was getting it to go and had a near 30 minute drive, we didn't want the chips or the cardboard plate/bowl getting soggy (an experience we've had before). The employee actually started arguing with me about it saying he'd rather put the chicken and queso in the bowl and the chips on the side so he could "fill it up." I told him we specifically wanted the queso on the side and I explained why. He kept arguing with me about it. After realizing I wasn't going to budge, he finally relented while giving me dirty looks. But - he put the queso in one of those tiny sour cream cups, and I was given at most two tablespoons worth of queso. When I told him the nachos come with more than that, he said "that's all you're getting because you didn't listen to me." Seriously. I cannot understand why he had such a problem with putting the queso on the side. What difference does it make to him? The sad thing is that kind of treatment has been rather common during my visits here to where I refuse to go back. I only went there because of its convenience to my job, making it easy to pick up for dinner on the way home. Not anymore. read more

Best 2 lbs of delicious custom burrito in greater OKC area, hands down. Better than Chipotle. Their Poblano Pesto Burrito is my favorite this week. Pesto sauce of roasted poblano peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, almonds and pine nuts, plus frijoles negros, sour cream, guacamole, red onions if you like it heavy, cheesy, and greasy like I do. Simply awful in every way. Incredibly rude staff. Didn't give me the option to customize my quesadilla at all. Chicken & cheese was all they gave me. Broderick is the best owner you will ever come by! If you haven't met him, you HAVE to! He is always so friendly to me and asks me about my day and even brought my purse to my car when I forgot it inside. I used to love Qdoba. We'd get some probably twice a week. However, they've changed (both the OKC-Penn and Edmond stores). They used to fill, and I mean FILL, those burritos up with ingredients. The last couple of months, sadly, I've gotten the tiny ones every time. A third of the tortilla can be torn off and nothing spills! The OKC-Penn store is slightly more generous than the Edmond store. It's a pity because they had something great at one time. read more
