    Burrito in a taco bowl!
    Tim Y.

This Qdoba is located right in a bustling shopping strip along Baltimore Pike in Springfield; and has been renovated to Qdoba's new restaurant style, about a year or so ago. I have always enjoyed this location, but the past couple COVID years have been rough-going for dining here--indoor dining was not allowed for a while, and the only drinks available were bottles behind the counter. Thankfully all services are back in operation--including the self-serve fountain drink area and indoor dining. Employees always appear to be having an enjoyable time working here, and they are more than happy to help you create your meal. Most of the time they are wearing masks, but there have been a few instances where masks were falling below the nose. All standard Qdoba fare is here, and my dishes always come out fresh and hot. Qdoba recently changed some of their salsa options--I was disappointed to find that my long-beloved Salsa Roja staple has been changed to a less chunky salsa that is spicier than it used to be. That's not the fault of this location, but a company-wide menu change. You may find food debris on the tables sometimes, but overall this location keeps its dining area clean. This Qdoba fills the bill nicely to have good Mexican food available on Baltimore Pike.

This restaurant has good food and give good portions. They also have vegetarian options. The customer service is okay it has gotten better but still needs improvement.

I like this Qdoba. The manager keeps everything moving and is always very personable. The move you through quickly. The dining area is always clean. I've never been in the bathrooms. The boys like to get bowls w/ just chix and rice w/ applesauce. I usually get a naked burrito, but have recently switched over to taco salads. But the gumbo is really good too.

One very sad salad... It doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl.

This is the most convenient Qdoba for us. They used to have pretty good taco salads and they'd load them up - usually with lettuce. Lettuce is cheap! Today we ordered a web order - taco salads, with the works. When I showed up there and they had the scale out, weighing ingredients, I knew it was bad news. I picked up my order anyhow. It looks like this Qdoba has decided to cut cost by cutting portions back to about half of what they used to be. Thanks but no thanks. We called and talked to the manager and were informed that the people that made every order before now were improperly trained. That's okay, thanks but no thanks.

This by far has to be the dirtiest Qdoba I've been to. I'm surprised food contamination is a thing here. We arrived about 75 minutes prior to closing after a long trip. As you can tell by the photos, they were cleaning for closing time and the white cutting board panels on the prepping table are missing. In it's place was food sludge. They were wiping that watery sludge with a scouring pad on the stainless steel, with all the food still in their bins. Here's to hoping no food poisoning.

This Qdoba is on westbound Baltimore Pike. Access is tricky if you're on eastbound Baltimore Pike. You'll have to make a U-turn at the next strip mall. Qdoba has a parking lot so there's no problem with parking. The menu items at Qdoba are really cookie-cutter. You have chips, taco shell, taco, or burrito, combined with cheese, corn, tomatoes, combined with a few sauces, and that's the entire menu! Portions aren't that big, yet prices start at around $6. The taste isn't terribly original or exciting either. So it seems you're not getting a heck lot of value for your money. (unless you use coupons from their mailing list) Other than that, I saw no problems with this restaurant. Restroom was clean. Tables and beverage area were clean. Service was okay.

You can't go wrong with a chicken bowl! It has so much food! I like this place more than it's competitor. The prices are not that bad!

The Korean burger and sandwich were nice new flavors, both very flavorful and unique! I hope they're not too strong or different for some folks though and really hope they're here to stay. I've had some amazing American style burgers and sandwiches in Korea, better than most chains in the US, but this is the first time I've seen Korean burgers here haha. I will say they aren't my most favoritest shake shack burgers, but are pretty freaking close like if they could somehow mash them up with a good ol shroom burger, that would be the absolute ultimate mind bending burger I'd have ever had in my life xD My only slightest of concerns would be if you're ordering to go, please order 20-30 min prior to arrival via the Shake Shack website or app. The friendly staff were kind enough to inform me that the order had only been received on their screen about 15 after my arrival since they saw me waiting for a while. After that it took about 10-15 min to complete. I had placed the order on my phone just as I'd arrived at the location to see how long it takes. Upon a quick search, it looks like they send your mobile order to the kitchen 15 minutes before the pickup time shown to you in the app/website, which is to give you time to get there and to ensure the order is freshly made. Makes sense! Though I wish it was made clear online since most fast food places send the order right away or when you arrive. Note to future self: place order before leaving the house! But alas it was well worth the wait nonetheless! But yeah I do indeed highly recommend!

I had the moist Brisket Sandwich with hot honey sauce, coleslaw, mac and cheese, and cornbread. Everything was amazing and I would get it all again. The cornbread was also something very special, I usually don't care for cornbread but this one was sweet and moist--and it was only 99 cents! I will be back. Everything was exemplary here.

Since you support the Military I would think you would be familiar with the US FLAG CODE. It is explicitly forbidden to alter the colors of the American Flag. It is also explicitly forbidden to have the American Flag as part of a commercial product. The Thin Blue Line Flag was created by white supremacists to show support for officers who murdered African Americans. It is profoundly disturbing that a company that claims to support the Troops would disrespect the flag so much and go against the core tenants of the military by supporting Racism.

Came here because of the free sandwich deal and this time decided on the gyro. I liked the gyro. It was flavorful and juicy enough. It wasn't like gyro you could get at an authentic Greek place but it didn't need to be. It just needed to taste good which it did for me. A gyro isn't typically a first choice for me when I go somewhere. Staff is friendly here. If I had to pay for prior sandwich deals, I'd probably have given 4 stars on all my other Arby reviews this month but since I got the free sandwich by purchasing anything else at least $1, the good deal made me 5 stars satisfied!

So I go down to meet her so she doesnt have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my apartment. After waiting another 20 minutes in the high heat and humidity in the Philadelhpia region, she texts me again to say she's picking up my order at the store. She told me 20 minutes ago she was 2 minutes away. Another 15 or so minutes go by and she finally arrives with my food, but refuses to get out of her car to deliver it. The manager at KFC told me I can come in and have the chicken replaced, which was nice. But when it comes to the refund, DoorDash is telling me to call KFC about it and KFC is telling to call DoorDash about it. I've had to call every day since then, and nobody wants to help, they just want to pass the buck. Today I was told a supervisor would call me back within 30-60 minutes. 75 miutes later I'm calling back to find out where tthat supervisor was. Was told they would call me back, but 2.5 hours later I'm calling in again. So, since they are giving me such a hard time about refunding the delivery fee($6.32 fee+ a little tax), I have no reason to not show a picture of the human hair baked right into the breading. Next I'll be filing a complaint with the local health department. Sad because I have legitimate reasons for requesting a refund. Never asked for a refund before and they are giving me a hard time and no accepting accountability. So save yourself the trouble and avoid this KFC, as well as Doordash delivery. When they screw up, they will make it so difficult to get help because they want you to give up and let them keep your money. Nah, I'll just go up to that location and show people pics of this health department violation. Can't believe the driver wos too lazy to even get out of her car. Avoid Taco Bell/KFC at 835 W. Sproul Rd unless you dont mind getting human hairs in your food.
