The pork egg rolls have minced pork in them and very little of it. It's mostly cabbage. The crab Rangoon is mostly a thick dough with very little filling. The house lo mein has hard strips of overcooked pork that tastes frozen and overcooked. The owner was texting while ringing me up and when I asked what barbecue pork was she said it's pork with barbecue sauce.... Quite a sales pitch. This is the only Chinese restaurant we were able to find in the area where we stayed for our ski trip. The only previous review on Yelp scared us a little bit, but after reading better reviews on Tripadvisor, we decided to give a try. It's not located in the center of the business section of Windham, but it's within walking distance. The food is quite good. To be safe, we ordered "safe" food such as General Tso's chicken, dumplings, hot & sour soup etc. Everything met our expectation. The place is good for take out only in my opinion. The vent was not working well when we were there and the whole restaurant was smoky. They DO take credit cards when we were there. read more

Surprisingly, no shockingly good! Been in Windham for many years and the thought never occurred to us to try a Chinese takeout in this remote little paradise. Well quarantine and missing one of our favorite foods got the best of us so we gave it a whirl. It was amazing. Not just versus expectations either, but in an absolute sense. Beef with Chinese vegetables, lo mein, chicken and broccoli, spare ribs, wonton soup and so on. While the egg rolls were a tad greasy, they too were good. The steamed dumplings were thin and luscious. Portions are large as well. We've ordered a couple of times and will soon be a staple in our house. Bravo. read more

This is the only Chinese restaurant for a long way. We are fortunate to have Qin Fang Garden in Windham. The food is consistent, the food is always fresh and tastes good. There are several vegetarian options as well which is what we prefer. We ordered three meals: vegetable udon, vegetable mei fun, and General Tso' Tofu/Bean Curd, along with two orders of spring rolls and two sodas. The total was about $31 which seems on the high side. Usually take out places like this will throw in a 2L bottle of soda or spring rolls for an order over a certain price, but not here. The lady who took our order was not very friendly and seemed annoyed the whole time. They could not add tofu to the mei fun or udon because they were almost out... Perhaps this should have been a warning sign because when we took the food back to our hotel room, my husband had one bite of the General Tso's tofu and could not take another because it tasted so bad. It seemed old and also, not prepared well. Overall, everything seemed like it was too oily and not very fresh, especially the spring rolls.
