I asked for a female masseuse for my session and they very quickly and respectively accommodated my request :) For the foot massage it's one big room but it's sectioned off with partitions, so you might hear other or see people walking around but I didn't mind or really notice, when the 45 minute foot massage was over they politely escorted us to a more private area to for the body massage. Since I've been I've only had male masseuses and they default to hard/strong pressure which is what I come for, but they're always checking in to see if the pressure is ok and not too hard. Afterward I feel so refreshed and my body feels fantastic! The bathroom could be cleaner; it shares a space with the washer and dryer. They prefer cash but we always use card and usually tip with card and it hasn't been an issue. Tip generously - the masseuses work hard and do a good job!
