We were greeted by very nice people. What you do is you look at the menus on the wall or they have them next to the register where you can open them and look. You order there at the counter, there's free refills on the iced tea or if you wanted a soda or water or something different, you buy those in the bottles or cans. After we placed our order, we were seated in an empty dining room, but that's because it was very early when we got there. The place looked very clean and there was a woman working wiping tables down and making sure everything was clean and every table had salt, pepper and napkins. We were seated in a corner booth and our food came out very quickly. We were maybe seated five minutes. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and my Husband ordered the mac & cheese Brisket roll up. His came with french fries as well. The mac & cheese brisket rollup was very delicious. The french fries were cooked to a crispy golden color just the right shade. However, my quesadilla was a bit dry. I think if a thin slice of cheese were added to it, and I know this is a barbecue place, but a thin slice of cheese would have held the chunks of chicken onto the quesadilla. As it was, I had to hold it with both hands so that the meat wouldn't spill out everywhere. It was very good and I was able to bring a couple home for my lunch tomorrow. You get a pretty good amount of food for the price that you pay. And as I said before, you can get as many refills of tea as you want, there's no limit. Also, when you enter, there's a big showcase of all kinds of little knickknacks for sale. They have artwork on their walls that are for sale and some of them are quite beautiful. Another interesting thing is that in October they're going to have an Australian dance team with very sexy men dancing on stage. They have an outside seating area and the stage is located outback as well. Ladies, if you'd like to see muscular men who are well sculpted and can gyrate you might want to attend that lol. They also have live music. After the dancing hotties, they have midget wrestling that is scheduled and I've posted pictures of both of those with the dates. I apologize if the picture came out upside down. I don't know how that happened. But they have something going on all the time. I do recommend them if you haven't been I would definitely give them a chance. It's a great barbecue place. The food is good. The employees are great and they treat you like they've known you forever. I recommend them and we will probably go back. I think it would be very interesting to see the dancers as well as the midget wrestling. So come on out give this place a try, great food great fun and great people.

They also did not put the mayo on both sides of the bread. I want a bulkie roll option or thin white bread. The staff was nice, the cost for a large after tip. $18.00 WOOF. Too much for all that bread. At least grease me up first with some extra mayo. Side note: the deli cases could use a clean out or some frosted plastic to hide all the mess. I'll get it right next time. The sides were not part of the combo. I don't recommend the smallest size side. Get at least a 12 ounce or bigger. I am sure I will be back soon. I'll just have to discuss the menu a bit more to get the best value. I'd luv to get a combo or meal that included sides and maybe cornbread or something. This was something that no other food truck was doing. My sister selected the 10 count of Rowdy Wings which cost $16. Half of the wings were BBQ and the other half were garlic parmesan. She purchased the Crispy Tater Tots for $5 as well. The wings were seasoned beautifully and fried to perfection. And the tater tots were crispy and delicious.
