Chowder has to be made in advance. Thirty minutes after that, so an hour after we originally ordered, someone (the owner? another server? I don't know who.) said our food would be up soon. Our original server then came over to apologize and say that they hadn't even started our oysters, crab legs, or the Grouper platter at all. An hour later and they hadn't even started cooking?! It wasn't even that crowded. Surely shucking a dozen oysters doesn't take an hour?! We asked our server to cancel everything.
