This is my new favorite BBQ joint in Aurora/Centennial! We ordered brisket, pulled pork, green chili, and two orders of ribs. Prices overall are pretty great, the ribs prices are fair/competitive (the ribs were my favorite, I should have bought 3x). Good sauce, but I would ask for a little extra. For the order above we received 3 small cups, at least 1 per meal would be appreciated. Not a big deal, I will request more next time! Overall, awesome! I'd recommend going in or pickup. GrubHub fulfilled our order through Yelp and, as usual, they messed it up. Left the food on the porch and never rang the bell or knocked. My husband and I tried Quisine's. Very friendly service. Very happy with the catfish, collard greens and hot water cornbread. Husband enjoyed the wings. I didn't get enough crust with my peach cobbler but my husband said he did. Even though I am sure they are short staffed, keeping the tables, floors and bathrooms cleaner would be important because first impressions matter in a brick and mortar establishment. I'm proud of them for opening up but look forward to them improving. We plan to try them again. read more

This is the very only soul food restaurant that is absolutely the very best in Colorado! The only thing missing is dressing. However, this family genuunely can cook!!! I have been to many alledged soul food places is Colorado. Needless to say, it is like going to a work potluck. I never eat food at potlucks. People who tend to smell dirty cook the most. Yes, I am White and my wife is Hispanic and Black. I mean no disrespect to anyone in this review. We live in Boulder, CO and my in-laws always want to go to Q's Quisine or they will cook everything themselves! Q's has green chile, a their breakfast is totally awesome too. We thank God for them. Ohhhhh-weeeeeeee!!!!! I finally found my BBQ spot and it's a quick drive. I ordered take-out. When I called she wanted to make sure I knew I was placing an order with the restaurant and not the food truck. I feel a little robbed knowing that I could have tasted this food earlier than a week ago. My order was ready in ten minutes. The restaurant was well populated. They have a nice array of tv's and a friendly atmosphere. I picked up my brisket meal from the bar. The portion were generous. The Mac and cheese was good, the greens had just the right hint of vinegar and we're firm and nut mushy. The smoked brisket was so tender. I didn't want to spoil it by using the bbq sauce. I have been driving by for several months and see cars in the lot. When this happens, it tells me the food is good. Tonight was that night I stopped by. Without know how much food a full rack of ribs were, I ordered a full rack and when I got home it was a lot and didn't even finish half. Pork ribs, smoke and basted. Came with a side of BBQ sauce. I also ordered a side of Cole slaw and side of beans. I met 'Q' the owner and he gave me a complimentary rice dish. The beans were perfect in flavor and spice-I give them 5 STARS, coleslaw 3 STARS, Ribs 4 STARS and BBQ sauce 5 STARS. Overall 4.1 Stars. I am glad I stopped by, and thank you for the rice. We went to this location yesterday and we were with a relative of the owners so we had a good time with our group of five. One of the first things I do when I go to a restaurant is go to the restroom to wash my hands and see how clean the restroom is. I was disappointed to see paper towels missing from one of the dispensers, the other one was full of towels. They have two washbasins the one on the left has a leaking faucet. The floors had a small amount of debris, so I was not happy to see that. Back in the dining area, the floors are painted black and show all the dirt that is tracked in from outside. The black floor also shows any crumbs that are not swept up when the staff cleans off the tables which are also black. I found out that they are still new so they are learning. The most important part is the food, which is very good. I had catfish prepared just as I requested extra crispy and it was seasoned just like I like it. The sweet potatoes were wonderful to me. My wife said she would have liked a bit more sauce on hers. everyone was happy with their greens. The service was great the server always had a smile. It's a long drive to get home but we will go back to try some other dishes, but I will have to have their catfish again at some point. read more

Walked in and greeted fast and handed 2 menus, was told to sit where every we want. We sat and ordered; we waiting a normal amount of time to get food. We got our food and we had to ask the server where are sodas we ordered were. So we got our sodas after we received our meals. Food was a big disappointment, I have had barbecue all over the United States and this was by far below average. Taste like boiled meat until you added barbecue sauce . Coleslaw was warm. Texas toast was the only thing that tasted good. We did not get checked on during our meal at all. We went to bar asked for butter and some extra napkins, it took 20min for us to get them. After eating we sat forever to pay the check. This place needs to be very careful they are oblivious how bad there service is and there below average food for a brick and motor restaurant. I had more fat then meat on my meal. We will not be back and I do not recommend this establishment at all. Went on 11/5/2023. To start, the young waitress which was the owners Grand Daughter, was very sweet and hard working. So let me jump right to the food. I had catfish, collard greens, hot water cornbread, mac & cheese, and a side of fried shrimp. I'm gonna start with the Positives: The catfish, collards, hot water cornbread, and shrimp was GREAT!! Now the Negatives: The mac & cheese was made from the box! (made enough of it in my life to know the difference). If you are going to do your menu in ala-carte, please make sure ALL OF YOUR FOOD AND SERVICE IS FIRE!!! Also, if you are going to have your Granddaughter working the floor by herself on her first day (owner said it was her first day) you as the owner should be helping with the customers too. Instead you and one of the cooks just chilled at the bar. Anytime a customer has to get up and let you know they are missing something or need something to drink (as I had to), that is a problem. Word of advice, Please work on your customer service, and if you are short on help that day, then you need to step up and help out because this is your business and you should want it to survive. I went to Q's Quisine during my visit to Denver during Thanksgiving holiday. I remembered late in the day that the restaurant was opened. So my sister and I arrived at 20 after 8 to a place that closes at 9. You all know what we expected a bunch of excuses and a partial menu. NOT EVEN CLOSE !!! EVERYTHING was available on the menu and was fresh.Now that is how you run a business the last customer gets the same service as the first. We were even told to relax and enjoy our meal there was no need to rush.
