Thank you Mukja for feeding us Yelpies at our AAPI celebration! Say CHEESE DOG! So freaking delicious, both the Korean street cheese dog and the elote cheese dog are wonderful and am so glad you didn't make me choose between the 2 because now they both hold a special place in my heart and belly. Thank you again!!!

Cheese dog flight - original, elote, crab rangoon, and Milky Way

Consider me obsessed! I saw photos of their cheese dog flight all over social media and was determined to try this at the Far East Center Lunar New Year Festival. Although a long line to order our food, it was well worth it. The flight came with an original, elote, crab rangoon, and Milky Way cheese dog. These are extremely filling, so splitting a flight with my husband was the perfect amount. The elote was absolutely my favorite, although the rangoon and Milky Way were close seconds. Will definitely be tracking this food truck down again soon!

This is our second time coming to Mukja. We have been craving their delicious corn dogs since our last visit. This time we also "branched out" and tried the won ton nachos. Ahh...ok...the corn dogs were enough to warrant a 2nd visit...but the nachos...off the hook!! So incredibly good!! We opted for the beef bulgogi for our protein and these nachos were incredibly tasty!! the balance of flavors omg. Mukja moves around quite a bit...but we will sure to stay up to date on their locations thanks to Instagram and try to hit them up every chance we get!

This is one of the best food trucks in the Denver area. It's made after you place an order. Everything that we have ordered has been pretty delicious so far. The crab Rangoon cheese dog is one of my favorites especially if you like the cheese wonton appetizers. The cheese really is a strong pull type cheese. The wonton nachos are also a favorite of ours. There's so much goodness and flavor with each bite and using fried wontons to act as the chip is satisfying. Each bite is very crunchy. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken is also really delicious and tasty. The chicken wasn't dry and the spices were done well. Take a look at their Instagram to see any new goodies on the menu. It changes seasonally or for special occasions.

HOT DAMN! Let me tell you that Mukja Food Truck is the food truck of my dreams. ++ Cheese dogs? Oh Yeah, they got 'em, and they're damn good. I was struggling with all the delicious options. So my husband and I opted for the trifecta, which comes with a Korean street cheese dog, an elote cheese dog, and a jalapeño poppin cheese dog. We also picked up a crab rangoon cheese dog because cheese is life. They were all so damn delicious! The crab rangoon and elote cheese dogs were probably my favorite, but not by a big margin. ++ Bibimbap? Yum! I opted for the bibimbap with beef bulgogi and sweet potato noodles. So incredibly flavorful! ++ Korean Street Tacos? You know it! This was my husband's meal of choice. He went for the beef bulgogi and these griddled tacos were everything he wanted. ++ Ramen? Sells out in the blink of an eye. Korean ramen with kalbi jiim (Korean braised beef) and torched cheese on top, and a side of pickled veggies. They ran out before I could score a bowl. So needless to say, I will be stalking the truck until I get to sample this dish. ++ Friendly staff? Absolutely! We had a great conversation with the gentleman working about the menu and the truck in general. Naturally, I will be stalking them throughout the Denver metro area! **Pro Tip: If you're coming for the ramen, get there early. This dish sells out fast!

Saw this place on instagram months ago and have never had the time to try it but I finally had a moment to go. *CHEETO CHEESE DOG Don't get me wrong, the presentation was on point and the cheese was totally drool worthy! But it lacked the flavor I was looking for. The amount of cheese in that cheese dog was never ending! Zero complaints on that front but I'd like for it to have had meat in it. *WATERMELON BOBA LEMONADE I also ordered the watermelon boba lemonade and was very excited to try. Now, could just be my southern taste buds but the lemonade wasn't sweet at all. But it is eye catching I like that they text you when your order is ready

I love learning about Korean street food overall, but when I saw they had brought back their CRAB RANGOON cheese dog?! I had to have it. Crab rangoon is one of my favorite things and it's like this was made just for me. There are wonton pieces in the outer batter, and inside is a delicious core of crab rangoon filling and cheese. I couldn't ask for more. I also sampled the Trio of cheese dogs (if only because I don't know how to read and thought the crab rangoon was part of that...) and they were all delicious. Though I was a bit let down by the elote one; the topping is correct, but I guess I was expecting a little something more. Corn is added to the batter but I don't know that I notice it. Still, the cheese pull on all of these is so satisfying. Mukja is really great about posting where they'll be on their Instagram page, so if you're looking to track them down seek out the info there! While I came for the cheese dogs, there's plenty else on the menu I'd love to try out whenever I catch them again.

I came here when they partnered with SNOWL. It was truly amazing. I was first pulled in by their tanghulu (crystallized sugary fruit) but I also ordered their hot cheetos cheese dog and popcorn chicken. Tanghulu: So sweet! It is great for your sugary cravings. They gave me the last one of the day, so it was mostly grapes. I loved every second of it! The really coated the grapes. It was a lot of fun to hear the crunch when you went in for a bite. Hot cheetos cheese dog: They use hot cheetos puffs. That's my favorite type of hot cheetos (which is how I noticed). So I'm definitely biased on this, but the nacho cheese on top really brought everything together. They are also not stingy with the inside mozzarella cheese. Super stringy! Popcorn chicken: They smelled full of flavor. It had a strong smoked paprika taste. The taste comes from all the seasoning and it was great. My bf couldn't stop eating them. He's not much of a sauce person, so these were perfect for him. So much flavor. The people there were also very nice. You can tell they like doing what they do.

YOU GUYS. My obsessed with Korean fusion food has hit an all time high - thanks to Mukja. In seeing that the truck was parked close to home and know they frequently sell out, I knew I just HAD to go. Thankfully, I arrived right when they opened with no line and spent ample time ogling the menu. EVERYTHING, and I repeat, EVERYTHING looked and sounded delicious. But with the hype around their Korean Fried Cheese Dogs - That's where I started first... ** Traditional Cheese Dog - Mozzarella, battered and fried, rolled in sugar and topped with spicy ketchup and honey mustard. ** Elote Cheese Dog - Mozzarella, battered, rolled in corn and fried, rolled in sugar, topped with mayo, cotija cheese and cilantro and tajin! First of all - HOLY YUM. Second of all - talk about a cheese pull! Third - both dogs were HUGE, perfectly battered and not too heavy, and all the toppings created the perfect bite!! I would never think to put sugar on anything fried, and top with ketchup but MY GOD, I've died and gone to salty and sweet heaven! I seriously dream about these dang things now. We also opted for an order of the Korean Fried Chicken and the Scallion Pancake wrap both of which were delicious! The menu offers a little bit of everything - all worthy of a taste! YUM! Prices are insanely reasonable and the staff is SO friendly, welcoming and great at creating not only a delicious meal, but one hell of a community! ....and now I'm starving!

Elote cheese dog and crab Rangoon cheese dog!

The truck was located in a plaza where a Lunar New year celebration was being held. The line was quite long and we had to wait for about 30mins after ordering but it was absolutely worth the wait! Our choices today were the Elote Cheese dog and the new Crab Rangoon cheese dog. I loved the toppings on the Elote dog - the tajin gave it some nice chile lime flavor. The Crab Rangoon was amazing! This is a must try. The inside has mozzarella and crab cream cheese and the outside is sprinkled with sugar. Such a good combination of sweet, cheesy, crunchy and gooey! The other items looked good as well, but we wanted to try some other vendors at the celebration. We are definitely getting cheese dogs every time, but will try out some other options on our next visit. We are following Mukja on Instagram now so we know where they are at when the craving for a cheese dog strikes. Do your self a favor and try them out!

Holy moly. This is the only place that gives me hope for Denver's ethnic/ fusion food scene!! There's a famous Korean Mexican fusion place in austin called chilantro and they started as a food truck. I dream about their kimchi fries but not anymore!! I have high high hopes for Mukja. The kimchi fries here are skinny fries which make them so tasty! Covered in cheese sauce, spicy aioli, kimchi, green onions and your choice of meat. The beef bulgogi is seasoned perfectly and delicious. I wish they had the option to add fresh jalapeños (love spicy!), and I wish there was more kimchi but it was AMAZING!! ($13) We couldn't leave without trying the famous cheese dog. A cheese pull is a must right?? We got the jalapeño popper cheese dog ($7) and it was a fun mix of sweet and spicy. The jam on it makes it sweet and the cheese is unbeatable. I thought reading the description that it's rolled in cheese would make it weirdly sweet and it all worked perfectly the way it was. Can't wait to come back! They update their location on their instagram. I drove 30 mins to find them in Aurora this time! They won a food network show contest and popped up in my newsfeed! Oh yeah and they get your number and text you when your food is ready so you don't have to wait around staring at them. Give Mukja a try!

Mukja was at Station 26 when I stopped there for an after work happy hour, and after seeing other patrons getting food from the truck, I had to also. I went with the jalapeño poppin cheese stick and the wonton nachos. The staff were super friendly when we ordered. The truck was popular that night but the wait wasn't too long. When we got the food, I already knew I was obsessed. The wonton nachos were so crunchy and fresh and the flavors were so good. But the cheese stick- I'm obsessed. The batter was so light and crunchy and the cheese was hot and gooey. I loved the spice and sweetness on the jalapeño poppin dog, but I'm more than excited to try the others. If you see Mukja around Denver, I highly recommend giving it a try!

What a delight! This food truck is an awesome find. I tried Elote Cheese Dog and the Crab Rangoon Dog. The best way I can describe these are if a Long John Silver's Hush Puppy had a baby with a mozzarella stick. Cheesy, corn deliciousness! I definitely want to find this truck again and try something else. If you spot them or, give them a try! You won't regret it.

I thought the dogs came with hotdogs in them. The XXL mozzarella sticks were great. The only dog that came with 🌭 was the hot diggity dog. Am I correct on this?

Yes! The only cheese dog that has hot dog in it is the hot diggity. All of our other cheese dogs are mozzarealla only!

We weren't sure if the banchan refill were free as the menu indicated extra sides are more $$. So we didn't get anymore banchan than the ones they brought over. The pajeon was limpy and lack of caramelization... I did not try the corn cheese but I was told it was very sweet... We ordered the combo deals that's a tofu soup with a grilled meat of your choice for about $30-38 a person, depending on the meat of your choice. The meat is tasty, the bulgogi is a little bit on the sweet side... and the tofu soup... it's probably the most saddest, mediocre Korean tofu soup I've ever had, and essentially $20 a pop - definitely not worth it. The broth flavor was good, the soup literally had tofu and the meat of your choice... no veggies, no kimchi, no egg... The employees were nice but they didn't come check in on how the meal was until towards the end... we had asked for more napkins when we sat down and the napkins never showed up. Mandatory 20% tips added to a party of 5+. At least they called out that the price was with tips added. I really hope to like this place more... but looks like I'd need to trek back to Aurora for quality and better pricing.

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.

Such a good mix of salty, sweet, spicy, and then a light soup to wash it down. Service was great, very clean restaurant, and no issues with parking
