Found this place through tik tok ! And heard the raving reviews and thought I'd give it try! So I booked an appointment for 4:00 pm per their recommendations. Upon my arrival my tech Trinity was able to take me in early . Per the website you're able to choose your nail tech and the services they offer based on their availability. The services I received were an acrylic fill with two designs and gel polish on nails & toes and a basic pedicure . Trinity my nail tech did a lovely job on my nails and design ! I requested all black polish and two ghost on each ring finger for Halloween and she executed it ! Now to the pedicure , I will say I didn't much enjoy it cause the water was cold . Though she tried to make it warm it still was cold and honestly the pedicure is the best part and the most anticipated experience . Also she didn't really get any of the dead skin around my cuticles and or hang nails . she just scrubbed my feet and filed my nails which I didn't like. So I'm assuming I may have to ask for that in the process . The ambiance was very calm . Overall I'd say for the service all together was good. I paid $92 for my service it was originally $97 but I got $5 off because I paid cash . I'm Unsure if I'd drive the 45 mins again but still recommend to others much closer.

Recently tried out this salon and it is absolutely the best I've been to! The staff are all exceedingly kind and personable, and my nails always look incredible! The techs are wonderful and make great suggestions when I ask! It is very clean and beautiful inside. My nails have held up great as well. Their prices are also really great and affordable compared to other salons!

Discovered this place through TikTok. Here's my honest review. 1st experience: Scheduled an appointment online for a polish color change on my toes only. I arrived and was sat at one of the manicure stations which confused me because I booked a polish color change on my toes only. I told my nail tech this and she didn't understand me so she asked the tech next to her and I told her that I'm only here for a polish change on my toes. They both looked very confused. I gave up trying to explain so I said okay I'll do a manicure too. Laura did my manicure. I got gel polish with French tips. I would rate my manicure a 5/10. I finally got my polish color change on my toes and I would rate that a 9/10. The tech who did my toes paid close attention to detail. Had a friendly personality and made my experience better. 2nd experience: Booked an appointment by calling in. This time I wanted to give their manicure another try. Kelly did my gel manicure, one solid color, no designs and I would rate my manicure a 4/10. Immediately I could tell Kelly was distracted. She was gossiping with the tech next to her the whole time. Kept staring up at the receptionist and gossiping. She was literally filing my nails without looking! She was so busy watching the front door or receptionist or something behind me. Within 2 days my nails were lifting (see photos). She also used NON STERILE clippers she just pulled out of her drawer to trim my cuticles! She just cleaned them off on a rag. I was absolutely SHOCKED. I'm disappointed I gave this nail salon another try and the second time it was worse. I wouldn't recommend.

Bummed. This was my place and always good to me but now my thought have changed. I came here 2 days ago. I told the email that did my pedicure that I have acrylic on my big toes and if it needed a fill to do so. As she was taking off my previous gel color she nicked my toe nail causing it a piece of the previous acrylic to fly off. I also kept telling her that my toe nail was crooked and longer on one side and she tried to fix it but I gave up ( I ended up having to go home and file it down myself). So as she's about to apply my polish I asked her if my big toes needed more acrylic and she said no they are good. She then applied glue on the part of the toes she messed up. When we were done I felt unease about the glue and wished she would have just added acrylic as I knew it needed it. I mean I don't want to be that customer that keeps pushing the issue, she's the professional and knows her stuff. When I got home I noticed my big toe nails looked bumpy. You can see the old acrylic growing out and it looked horrible( attached pic). I thought I'll just ignore this buuuut then I loooked closer and saw my toenail ripping where she tried to correct with glue. I called to let them know and they asked me to come in to fix. I had plans today but had to come in asap before it came off and to avoid it looking funny when wearing sandals. So I get her and I'm told I have to pay 12 bucks for my acrylic. I asked why? She said well we didn't apply last time and we are now. At this point I just wanted my toes fixed so I said fine! I tried to avoid this when I came initially. I had to come in again on my time for an error I didn't make and yet I'm being charged more money? I was willing to move past this whole thing after getting it fixed but when I was told I have to pay more- that was the what caused me to write this review. 12 bucks ain't nothing, but the inconvenience caused for me should have been free. Cindy was great and nice and perhaps she has to charge me but just doesn't sit well with me. They asked if I was ok with the correction now, I said I was. Maybe in the future this process can be a bit better for returns. Great staff , just bummed about the process PS- I did ask the receptionist when she scheduled me to come back of I would have to pay for anything and she said no mam.

i've never gotten my nails done before so i was really nervous going into it but michael and all the other staff were so helpful. i had a cut on my finger and he was very gentle and careful with it. i also had a couple inspo pics and he did an amazing job creating an even prettier final result compared to those pictures. one of the other workers also came to give their opinion and help with the designs since my nails are a bit small. overall the environment was super friendly, kind, and lively but not too loud either. if you want to get pretty nails done, i definitely recommend you to book michael :) he pays a lot of attention to detail and asks for your opinion before continuing too

The Tech was nice and engaging but was not impressed with the design results. And I didn't even end up with the Tech I had booked online for. I will just let the pictures speak for themselves.

My nail lady wasn't even there for when I booked and I had to book a week ahead. I got this guy instead but he did not listen to my clear, and very well said statement on what I wanted for my ring finger. It looks nothing like the photo/inspo and was not worth paying 100 for.

10/10 recommend cj!! He's so so talented. Always great service and everyone is so kind.

This is my 3rd time coming back to this salon and would love to continue going as I have been really happy in the past with my services plus the location is perfect for me. Let's start with the positives. I have gotten 2 beautiful and well done dip manicures and pedicures both of which has lasted me over a month. Plus the techs have always been very friendly and kind which is why I was hesitant on leaving a negative review as they have been nothing but lovely and welcoming. However I on my most recent visit I just am not satisfied with the service one of the services I received. This was very frustrating as due to the holidays I decided to treat myself and pay extra for French tips and extensions (an extra $20 on top of what I normally pay). I asked for dip red French tips and the tech said she was going to do the base in dip and the tips in gel. She ended up doing my tips with dip powder and it's very sloppy and uneven. There is red powder in the pink part of the manicure on some nails and then a white/sparkly looking powder where it shouldn't be on others. I also noticed the buffing/filing of the dip is very uneven and there are visible dips when you look from the side. read more

Just paid $77 for a pedicure with acrylic overlay on 2 big toes plus French, Laura did my toes and I had to keep asking her repeatedly to make the white straight as they were all going different directions. She kept trying but they never looked better and I could hear her mumbling under her breath and getting more and more aggressive with me while she was trying to "fix them" I got over it because it was just getting worse and worse. No one else was offering to step in/fix it so i just wanted to leave. I also made an appointment to get my nails done at the same time and they didn't honor it. The paint was crooked, they were filed crooked, and the acrylic was chunky and not flush with the nail. I will never come back, for how expensive this is it was a rip off and she was rude. There is also clear polish all over my skin. read more

Good nail place. I've been here 3 times and the ladies are pleasant and do a good job with my gel manicure and pedicure. Cleanliness is very important to me and I like that they use sanitized tools taken out of sealed bags. Tammy is my fave. She is such a sweet lady and works hard. I always give a 20% tip. I love the design on my toenails. read more

I went for a basic manicure with no polish, because of my job, and Hannah was my tech. It was an ok service but a couple things really bothered me. One was she used a rough drill bit to file my cuticles that made a ring of fire on my nail. My nails were also left rough for polish application instead of buffed and shined which is really odd. Lastly, I'm Viet and could understand her talking with Aiden, another nail tech with bad bedside manner like giggling over how we can't understand them. Trust me other nail techs or salons don't often do this but it was really disheartening. If you're looking to go here I would just take my review as a grain of salt because they do some really nice work. read more

I am going to miss this salon so much. I lucked out when I got Linda on the first visit. She took such good care of my nails for the 4 months I was in town. My nails have never been healthier or stronger while doing dip. I honestly let her do her thing and she always would have cute ideas that I ended up loving. And if I wanted to try something new she would tell me the best ideas for my nails and if she agreed with what I wanted. I highly recommend her and wish I could have taken her back to Florida with me. If I booked in the early morning during the week they were sometimes able to do the mani and pedi at the same time. I've been going to this nail salon since they opened on Higley. I took a break from getting my nails done and just went back yesterday. The service was uncomfortable. I asked for a mani and a pedi. While I was in the pedi chair someone who didn't speak english, but grabbed at me insted started my manicure. I don't like that. It was uncomfortable and rushed. Then i was asked if I had cash, and that cash was better so they don't have to pay taxes. I chose a pedicure that was 67$ and was somehow charged an extra 20 after asking if I had cash or not. The prices were way too high for the service I got. I will not be going back again. read more

I like to try new salons to find the best ones and this was probably the worst I have ever been to. I could tell as soon as I sat down that this place was unsanitary, but I went ahead and got my nails done there. The entire time the lady just kept telling me what would look better. A couple times I told her no I want it this way, but she insisted she knew better and ended up doing something completely different on my nails than what I wanted. Not only a terrible experience while there, but I ended up getting a terribly infected finger from this salon that I had to see a doctor for. read more

Today is my second time to get the manicure and pedicure done here. I am very happy with the service they provided. Technician My Linh is very nice and friendly. She did an excellent job, very detail and professional. The manager/owner Cindy greeted us with a beautiful smile. Great customer service. The shop is clean and nice. I've been here twice now, once December once January, and left extremely happy both times. The first set was acrylic powder with tips and they lasted me three weeks. I broke one the day of the appointment in the car door but they were the strongest nails I think I ever had. When I came for a fill in, she soaked my old tips off and gave me fresh ones so she could probably clean my nails which I love. The colors are nice and so is the anterior. Everyone was friendly and it's a calm peaceful vibe. Ask for Jenny! She does amazing work. Nails were about 35-45 for a new set depending on the powder/gel/sns you use. I believe a regular manicure was 25$ for anyone wondering price. But they do currently have a grand opening special until February so go check them out! Covid rules enforced very safe. read more

This place was great! I liked the ease of booking an appointment online. There were no language barrier issues doing it this way. Other totally appealed to me! But picking out my color was tricky because they wanted you to pick from a bottle not from a nail sample. Of course I picked the wrong white. My biggest turn off was that they charge extra to clean up your cuticles-- in fact they charge extra for every little thing! I've never paid extra for cuticles. Silly. But whatever. I may come back again... so far my nails have help you great! read more

Great place! Very clean, all tools were in sterilized packages and opened in front of us. Foot baths had disposable plastic liners that were thrown away afterwards along w/single use tools they used on each of us. Files, pumice etc were single use. Pricing is very reasonable. The technicians were very professional, friendly and welcoming. They implemented some good processes I haven't experienced yet at other nail places. They put your sandals on before painting your toenails so you don't risk smudging. Same with manicure, you pay and do all paperwork before they paint your nails to prevent smudging. The $38 pedicure included a lot. Decor is chique and in good taste. Massage chairs really worked out some good kinks in my back. read more

This experience was AMAZING! I love this hidden gem. They are tucked away in Gilbert but I'm so glad I found them. Moon did a great job on my pedicure. She was meticulous and the massage was so relaxing. The place is beautiful and clean. My appointment was right on time and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, you can really lay back and enjoy without all the commotion that most salons have. I love that you can book online too. I will be coming here from now on. read more

I have been to various nail salons for no chip or gel nails, and I am always disappointed with how fast they chip or peel off. I got gel nails and 2 weeks later they are still nice!! They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.

This place is hands down the best nail salon in Arizona. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcome, everyone there really cares about you. Every time I'm sat down to get a manicure or pedicure the man at the front desk always brings me a water and I just think that is such a kind gesture.
