Same shoe, but one of them was way bigger than the size 7 she paid for. That's not a "preference issue," that's a quality control failure. We called the store within the SAME HOUR of purchase to explain the situation and asked if we could simply exchange the ONE incorrect shoe for the correct size. Their response? "No, sorry, all sales are final." Let's be very clear: "All sales are final" should NOT apply when THE STORE MADE THE MISTAKE. It is literally their responsibility to check the box before selling it. Instead, we were told tough luck and sent on our way with a useless mismatched pair of shoes. It honestly feels like the "all sales are final" policy exists because they already know their products and checks are sloppy. We didn't change our mind. We didn't damage anything. We were sold a defective product and denied basic customer service. So now we're out $50 for one wearable shoe thanks for that. If you shop here, check the box before you leave, because once you walk out the door, they clearly don't care what MISTAKE THEY made.

On this visit there was something in the air. Everyone that we encountered from the staff at the several establishments we visited, to the fellow customers were friendly and had a great attitude and seemed to really be in the holiday spirit. We caught a movie at the regal theater located inside the casino. We ate dinner at Shake shack. Purchased some after dinner sweets at Sees candy and did a some shopping at Bath & body Works.
