I'm glad it's done enough to be serviceable, and I pray that they never have to come back for any warranty issues. At the end of the day, they maybe did better than one of the regional or chain companies, but I would be hesitant to recommend without caveats.

Upon checking he found that downspout was clogged from a recent roof replacement as well as crushed. He opened it up and indicated that that might take care of the problem. He had quoted us around $1,500 if not solved by the opening of the downspout. Their competitor quoted us over $20,000 and never bothered to check outside at all. Menting is very professional and I couldn't speak more highly of the service.
