This treatment was on 9/4/2025. I called back on 9/16 about killing my grass and never heard a response. I called again on 9/19 and supposedly talked to a regional manager who said the earliest he could come by was mid morning on 9/22. I waited till 1:00 and never heard from him. I guess he did stop by later that day, but I wasn't there due to another appt Never heard back from him on what he found about the issue. I spoke to 3 people in the office and sent pictures to them on the way my lawn looked and they said they would forward the pictures and someone would be in contact. Once again no one called and it's been 3 weeks. This has been a 2 month ordeal with no response from Nature Scape to resolve the problem. I told the earlier that I need a refund for the last 3 applications which 2 of them haven't been scheduled yet. Terrible customer service and poor results. All my neighbor's yards are green and look good and none of them even treat their yards. ???

I recently had warranty work done on a screen screen to one of my windows that they installed a…read morecouple years ago that had a lifetime screen replacement warranty on them. Unfortunately the owners had shut down for a bit when I first called, due to a situation in the family. It took a couple of weeks for them to come back and reopen. Once they did I was able to contact them and arrange for them to pick the screen to repair the Sun damage screen. It took about a week. There was a mistake on the part of the Office Manager, as things had not got back to normal in the office yet and she was back up to speed. But hey. What do you expect. Coming back from any long break of work is hard and slow. It understandable. When I called her to see when they would expect to pick up the screen she apologized immediately. Explained what happened and said if the owner could not get it that day, she would. Of course it did help the my place was literally just about 3-4 blocks down from there their new location in Davenport. She got the screen and had it in for repair that day. It was back in two days. Instead of the week, if I had taken it to the hardware store to get fixed, plus the travel time back and forth. So, far I have saved on this screen ruffly $25 on having someone replacing the screen professionally for me. And $75 on 3 windows of all the windows they have replaced in our house. I highly recommend them for your next window replacement purchase. The lifetime screen replacement warranty if still offered is worth its weight in gold!

I hired Ruther Construction to tear off my roof and replace it with an owens corning roof…read more They started my job within just 2 weeks and did a complete tear off of layers that had to go back to the early 1900s when the house was built, must have been 2 layers of shake and 2 layers of shingles, and replaced it with a new owens corning roof with all the trimmings on my 2 story with attched 1 story addition in just 3 days. He was even willing to negotiate details of the job that other roofing companies would not consider to lower the costs, such as my providing the 30 yard dumpster and haul away. His crew made sure that they did an efficent job cleaning up and making sure that all trash and debri made it into that dumpster as well. I had been taking bids on that roof for over 2 years and Derrick took pride in outshining them all with first his price and then his performance. The job was completed on a Saturday except for 1 roof vent with a manufacture defect that we could not purchase until the following Monday. Even though Derrick had been paid in full for the project, he showed back up personally and installed the vent him self without having to be hounded to finish it. I needed a new gutter installed after that and i was so happy with Derricks performance on the job, Derrick and he had proved to me that his companies reputation and that my satisfaction was his number 1 personal concern, that i just gave him the gutter work no bid. HHS came to our home and worked diligently for a few weeks and fixed everything we needed fixed and then did more. He installed a new garage door opener, did all our exterior lights (beautiful), installed our overhead garage storage racks, replaced deck planks, painted a wall, rewired in wall speakers, replaced bad LED can lights, fixed wall imperfections due to bad drywall, and fixed our seal on our front door. Doug at HHS is professional, very price competitive when he doesn't have to be because he's awesome, and knows just about everything about anything.
