Do not read the positive reviews. After 7 days they first wanted a huge deposit so they could start the repairs. So they received the deposit. As days went on called numerous times and no call back always promised. Never an update. Very unprofessional. Three weeks later. After a 1800.00 charge for repairs went to a dealership and requested the vehicle to be checked and wanted the same repairs completed and the charges would have been more than half the price that was paid to this so called cheaper repair shop. Called yesterday to get an appt for an oil change. Told me I could bring that afternoon or next day. Took it in that afternoon abt 1pm. By 3:30 I got a call that it was done but they noticed a caliper was leaking. They put calipers on last year. They looked it up, yep still under warranty. They also changed my load and rotors, for that warranty. Nick works with you, and I've got a SIL who's a mechanic, so he verified to me what the shop was telling me. I've been going here for abt 2.5years for my vehicle, and I've NEVER felt like they were just trying to jump up price on me. Careful of the reviews from about 10-12 months ago from today... new employees are honest. I've read some of the reviews from back then, and of course that's when my calipers were originally done. BTW, Nick didn't have to, but he didn't charge for the pads and drums, because he was making up for the last time when they had my car longer than quoted. Honest guy, good work, not overpriced. Ladies! Please don't go here. I took my car in for an oil change at 8 AM. At 4:30 PM I went to get my keys because it had been all day with not so much as a phone call. When I got there Kegan was totally rude even though I gave him no slack whatsoever about them having my car for over 8 hours for an oil change! They gave me no sticker to let me know when to bring it back and honestly I don't think they did my oil change yet they charged me $69! Worst experience of my life! read more

Nick and Oscar helped me out so much. I had gotten a diagnosis from another shop when my car threw a bunch of codes. The other shop told me that I had a blown head gasket and an engine replacement was needed. I contacted 2 other shops the first just quoted me an engine replacement ($5-6 thousand) BUT Nick asked Me a handful of questions and realized my symptoms didn't match a blown gasket. We had the car towed to his shop where they Actually diagnosed the car and found a failed alternator and worn battery. A few hundred bucks and I'm back on the road. They a very reasonably priced and above all they are HONEST and Trust worthy (something hard to find in mechanics today). Long story short (long version below) I had a small ordeal when a supposed bad sensor went bad and needed replaced. Not only did Quality Auto end up doing the evaluations all for free, but they saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I will ALWAYS take any repairs to them in the future!! Long Story I had a Check engine light (along with others) come on over the week end, so went to an auto part store and got my codes ran to get an idea what it was. Them did my research and what and how to fix it. Decided to double check with someone I trusted They spent a full day evaluating they problem and DID find a sensor that was "bad" but said there was a small chance that an Oil change would fix it, and asked to try that 1st. Unfortunately the quick change place I went to prior and tightened the plug so much they where worried they might damage the pan taking it off and stopped. Ended up taking it back to quick change place and they repaired it for free and a day later ALL warning lights went away. This place is NO GOOD! We brought our cars here (on separate occasions), and every time we got them back, something else would be wrong with it! We would always bring the cars back here because it was close by to our home....and the other problems we ended up having were serious problems, and we couldn't travel far. It didn't occur to me until about a month (and nearly $3,000) later that they were possibly sabotaging our vehicles so that we would have to bring them back to be repaired! It just seems awfully suspicious that after getting one thing repaired (that obviously needed repaired), we got it back and something else suddenly needed repaired. Took my car there on June 17th and I took it there as when I stop at a red light it wanted to die and I took my car there before for my back bearings and I thought he could find out what was wrong. Well he kept my car for three months and he would tell me to call him and when I would he would start yelling at me. Well after three months my car was never fix and my car is still doing the same thing plus my air control vale bolt was stripped out into intake manifold and was installed with spacers. My accumulator dryer appears to have zip ties and blower resister shorted. Throttle body screw keeps open and should never be adjusted. As I know this cause I took my car to Ford and they told me Nick took my car there as his own car and put my car in his name. That is against the law to do that cause they ask me did I just buy that car and I said no and that I had my car for 13 years. and he had a test done on it and didn't pay for it and when I pick up my car it had no gas in it and I ran out before I got to Speedway and my electric seat is broke so I will have to have that fix. And when I got home I smell something so I open the hood and I had refrigerant blown all over my engine compartment. Don't ever go there to get your car fix cause now it will cost me three times more than what it would of. He took my car to Ford on 8/24/20 and I pick my car up from him on the 8/25/20.and took my car to Ford on 8/26/20. read more

Quality1st is the place where I have for years brought my vehicle to for car repairs. Joe and his son are very nice and respectable to their customers. I know when I bring my vehicle in for repair, I can trust that Joe will make sure that it is done right. In the past, if I had to bring it back they gave me no trouble fixing the issue. Amazingly, Joe can remember right off the top of his head all the work his repair shop has done on my vehicle for years.
