That kind of patience and commitment to getting it perfect is rare. They also let us use our own diamond, which a lot of places won't do, and they built the setting around it beautifully. The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area. Finally everyone in the store is fantastic and so nice. You never feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely taken care of. This has recently become a huge issue for my business. We have been flooded with gems certified by…read moreGGL as natural stones. Unfortunately, these stones are either synthetic or simulants. How can a supossed legitimit Germological Laboratory make this kind of mistake in certifying obvious fakes as Natural gems. Here is just one example: A large puplish blue stone identifed and certified as a natural Tanzanite with an RI of 1.69-1.70. Accurate description of a natural gem however, the RI of the stone is in fact 1.715. This is not a Tanzanite and the only thing I can come close to is a lab created Spinel. My suggestion is not to buy gems with this certificate as they are most likely NOT as described.
