The person running the sale was frequently rude and, at times, raised his voice at shoppers. Estate sales can be stressful and busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. It honestly seemed as though customer service was not a priority. If interacting with people is something you do not enjoy, this may not be the right line of work. Most customers are there to browse, ask questions, and make purchases, and they deserve to be treated respectfully. The sale itself had some interesting items, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the owner's attitude and behavior. I hope future customers have a better experience than I did.
