We took our car in for a simple oil change and asked Paul if the engine light just needed to be reset. Instead of helping, he responded with an attitude and became unexpectedly agitated--going as far as calling me "pendejo" (dumb). That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Paul and the staff need to understand that customer service means treating people with basic respect. There are plenty of other auto shops where customers are treated with dignity. This place is total rip off I was charged $631just for a fuel pump installed mind you my car parts are cheap a 2010 Chrysler 300 a actual fuel pump is $45-70, I called other mechanics they was asking $380-90 BEWARE OF THIS PLACE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I want to add my car is doing the same thing before i had it towed there insane money wasted for nothing!!! read more

Honestly, a solid group of guys I believe. However I don't think they're completely honest on the work they do. Reasonable prices but my experience with Paul was awful. He doesn't work with you price wise along with his ability to breakdown what is wrong with the car. I went in for two problems and still left with another that had no relation to the concern of the car. Just somehow this happened when it never was a problem to begin with. I'd avoid Paul if he's ever working there. Maybe someone else is better to evaluate the car. read more

Service is great but the owner Paul is clrewly racist. I never pull the race card, but ive had horrible interactions with this guy and doing some researvh and reading reviews shows I'm not the only one who feels this way. Paul is so condescending for no reason. I really dont know what I did to the guy to recieve just horrible treatment. All I did was ask for an oil change and dude had a temper tantrum. ***UPDATING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW SO THAT OTHERS STAY INFORMED*** Posted 11/24/15: This place ripped me off! They did a head gasket replacement on my son's car for $1500... in less than 3 weeks after the repair the ENGINE BLEW and they would not fix it under the '90-day warranty' that I supposedly had from the head gasket job. Now I'm no expert, but I do believe they did the heads incorrectly causing the engine to blow! Now my son, a college student who has to travel to Miami to get to school, is out of a car! I will NEVER do business here again & would NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

There are very few people I trust and in that short list, there has never been a mechanic I trust until the day I met the owners (Father and Son Team) at Sunrise Complete Auto Repair. These guys do every mechanical service on any vehicle, regardless of the make and model. I have been going to them for over a year now and my first experience was when the dealer told me I needed a water pump, alternator and a starter and since my car was out of warranty, I asked around and a friend referred this place to me. She bragged about their integrity and professionalism and boy was she right. I brought my car to them and sat in the waiting room while they did some diagnostics on my car and it turns out the only thing I needed was a new battery. If you are tired of going to the dealer for a $60 oil change, only for them to come back and tell you that you have $1,000 of additional repairs that need to be done, then stop. Get a second opinion before you let some unscrupulous dealer take your money. Go see these guys and they will tell you if there is something really wrong with your car. And in the event that there is something wrong, it will be a lot cheaper going through them than it would be going through the dealer. And the work will be done right the first time with them. These guys are experts, more so than any mechanic that a dealer can possibly assign to your car. They have been there 30+ years. That says a lot in it of itself, if you ask me. Thank You so much for always keeping my car in excellent condition and doing it with the quality, and honesty that is so hard to find in any industry these days, but especially the auto industry. read more
