Called to make appointment, they asked me to hold. I held for 4 min then they hung up on me. I waited a few minutes and called back. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up on me. I figured it was an accident so I called back. Same thing you can hear the phone being picked up and slammed. Greatest doctor ever. I almost hate to write what I truly believe about this doctor all for selfish reasons. When you look up Dr. F in Webster's dictionary his picture should be right there. This doctor is the most caring, concern, well versed person I have seen in decades. I take my father-in-law who is 85 to him. Now my father-in-law it isn't the easiest patient to deal with. Yet Dr. F always gives him the utmost attention and respect anyone could ever ask. Being that he is 85 and in a wheelchair doctor visits are not always the easiest thing to do. Knowing this Dr F is always and I say always extremely accommodating. If you are looking for the perfect family doctor I highly recommend Dr. F. You will be extremely happy that you chose him as your family doctor. Dr. Fakhoury has been my primary care physician for approximately three years. I see him annually and occasionally for an unexpected injury/ailment. I've been able to schedule appointments as early as the same day and never wait more than 10 minutes to see him. Dr. Fakhoury is thorough, compassionate, and if needed, doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist. I called them and made an appointment... the lady who scheduled my appointment asked all my informations and I asked if they accept my insurance she sad yes. My entire family sees doctor Fakhoury and we all love him. He is very thorough with his questions to get to what is going on. I have athsma and I like that Dr. F takes that into consideration and treats what are simple respiratory issues in others, seriously with me so that I don't end up with pneumonia. I have actually been pneumonia free for over 3 years and I think it's because of the way he treats my colds, flu, etc. He is also excellent with my autistic son and is able to gain his trust and sees that he is staying healthy. I would like say that I have been a patient of Dr Fakhoury since 2009 and I have the greatest respect for him. He not only treats me, but also my son, my brother, my niece and a lot of friends also. I have never heard of any wrong doings by Dr Fakhoury from anyone. He has never, ever treated me or my family or friends inappropriately. He is such a caring doctor, he has the best bed side manner and he is one of the few doctors who actually cares about your well being. Don't believe the bad reviews. He is such a nice individual and makes you feel comfortable during your visits. Also thorough with his work. He asks a lot of detailed questions, does full exams, and clearly explains your lab results. He truly cares about your well being!! I asked him to kindly send my pre-op evaluation report to my surgeon before the day ends, and he did finished it before my visit was even over. Dr. Ramon Fakhoury has been our doctor for over 12 years what I like about him is he cares he is good at what he does more over their charges are reasonable than the other doctors or the medical offices in the area. Last week I was cleaning up my ear and messed up bad. He looked in my ear and prescribed the antibiotics asked me which pharmacy I would like to go help me find the coupons for the prescription which saved me almost $75. The most caring doctor we have every been to. He got my husband in on an emergency visit for a dog bite and had him come in everyday for three days in a row to make sure it was getting better. He even took time out of his busy Saturday hospital schedule and met him at his office to check it one more time. Staff was very friendly too. Went out of their way for him. I found it necessary to take the time to write a review in regard to Mr. Fakhoury because he chose not to care or listen to my health concerns. I was referred to this facility and when I arrived the staff were polite and professional. I didn't wait long and moments later I was in the examination room waiting for Mr. Fakhoury to arrive. When he arrived he immediately went into this rant about the services he did not provide;wait can I get a "hello"or a handshake? During my time with Mr Fakhoury, it was spent discussing his opinion on political issues. This explained his "tense" behavior. It's understandable however , this world can affect your emotions;obviously. After also discussing my ailments and concerns for my health he referred me for lab work testing. Four days later I contacted Mr Fakhoury for the results. As he began to explain that the test came back "normal" I reiterated that I didn't feel "normal". He again referred to my results of the lab work test being normal and ended the conversation. Mr. Fakhoury didn't care about how I felt and didn't have the time to listen to my concerns. As far as he was concerned, the lab test came back "normal" so to Mr. Fakhoury that was good enough for HIM. I called Mr. Fakhoury office again later that day and was instructed to leave a message by the receptionist; I did. I didn't have insurance so currency was exchanged plus the cost of lab work. Lets not forget about the time spent for his lack of service and compassion. He completely disregarded my health concerns during both conversations. His conclusion was that I wait 1 month and if the problems persists to return to his office for a second round of lab testing at my cost. I have know Dr. Fakhoury for some time now and do not agree with theses accusations. I have witnessed him always having someone in the room if the person was from a different sex. I am 68 years old and have been to alot of doctors and I must say that Dr. Fakhoury is the best doctor I have ever had. I have gone to him with some pretty unusual ailments and his diagnosis is always immediate and right on. He is very personable and his nurse and office staff are great-friendly and efficient. I like that he is in Norco in a small clinic of his own.
